【摘要】 高新技术企业主要依靠高新技术的研发和应用为其主要核心竞争力,但由于市场资源的有限性和竞争的激烈性,仅仅依靠单个高新技术企业的研发能力,很难在市场中取得领先的竞争优势,创新网络的出现,为高新技术企业的快速发展提供了很好的思路,将高新技术企业之间的竞争转化为创新网络之间的竞争。因此,研究高新技术企业创新网络竞争力,对创新网络在竞争力提高方面,具有重要的意义。本研究内容对高新技术企业创新网络的机理与效应做出了系统的分析,对高新技术企业创新网络的发展,创新网络的运行机理,尤其是创新网络的连接机制、互动管理和协调机制,进行了详细的分析。高新技术企业创新网络的最重要的功能之一是技术扩散,技术扩散效应能够有效的促进技术的应用和缩短技术的开发周期,技术扩散效应中的示范和模仿效应,以及竞争效应都能极大地促进技术的扩散。高新技术企业创新网络的核心构成要素归纳为“硬件”和“软件”两个方面,“硬件”主要是指创新网络的组织形式,包括网络知识共享平台的构建结果、网络发展的模式和创新网络治理的结构,直接决定了高新技术企业创新网络对资源的基础利用能力；“软件”包括高新技术企业创新网络管理能力和网络文化,高新技术企业创新网络管理能力主要体现在对关系伙伴的管理、网络中的执行力和创新网络学习的能力,而网络文化则含有共同创新的理念、健康的心智模式和系统思考的观念。无论是“软件”还是“硬件”,都要与当前高新技术企业创新网络的发展相匹配才能切实的促进网络的发展。本文通过对高新技术企业创新网络竞争力的评价指标进行设计,根据影响高新技术企业创新网络竞争力的核心要素之间的关系,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,客观、全面、真实的反映当前高新技术企业竞争力现状,分析出影响竞争力提高的关键因素。研究根据设计的评价指标和评价方法,对EK公司进行了详细的分析,得出了EK公司当前创新网络竞争力所处的水平,为EK公司后期的发展方向的明确和战略的制定,提供了一定的数据支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-tech enterprises mainly rely on high-tech development and application as its core competitiveness, but because of the limited resources of the market and the fierce competition, if a single high-tech enterprise only rely on R&D capability, it is difficult to obtain a leading competitive advantage in the market. The emergence of innovation networks provides a good way for the rapid development of high-tech enterprises, and it transforms the competition between the high-tech enterprises into the competition between innovation networks. Therefore, the study on competition of high-tech enterprise innovation network has important significance on competitiveness improvement of the innovation network.This research content makes a systematic analysis on the mechanism and effect of the high-tech innovation networks, and it carries out a detailed analysis on development of high-tech innovation networks, the operation mechanism of innovation network, especially connection mechanism, interaction management and coordination mechanism of the innovation network. One of the most important features of the high-tech enterprise innovation network is technology diffusion, which effect can effectively promote technology applications and shorten the development cycle of the technology. The demonstration and imitation effects in the technology diffusion effect, as well as the competition effects can greatly promote technology diffusion.The core elements of the high-tech enterprise innovation network can be grouped into two aspects of "hardware" and "software"."Hardware" refers to the organizational forms of innovation networks, which includes construction results of network knowledge sharing platform, network development mode and governance structure of the innovation network. These directly determine the high-tech enterprise innovation networks based on the basic resource utilization ability;"Software" includes management capabilities and network culture of high-tech enterprise innovation network. The management capability of high-tech enterprise innovative network mainly reflects on the management in the relationship between partners, network execution and innovation network learning ability. Network culture contains common innovative ideas, healthy mental models and systematic thinking. In order to promote the development of networks, both the "software" and "hardware" must match with the current high-tech innovation network development phase. Based on designing the evaluation index for competitiveness of high-tech enterprise innovation network and the relationship between the core elements of the competitiveness of high-tech enterprise innovation network, this paper uses the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which objectively and comprehensively reflects the current status of high-tech enterprise competitiveness and analyzes the key factors affecting the competitiveness improvement. According to the evaluation indicators and evaluation methods, the research carries out a detailed analysis for the EK Company and gains the EK current innovation network competitive position which provides the data support for clearing development direction and designing strategy of the EK.更多还原
