基于物联网技术的中小型机器人企业展厅设计

【摘要】 不出户而知天下,不窥牖而见天道。随着物联网技术的发展,因其强大的感知、传递与处理能力已被广泛的应用于物流管理、医疗护理、安防监控、智能交通等多个行业。展厅作为一个企业向社会展示自己的窗口,一直受到大量的公众参观,得到了企业的极大重视。因此展厅必须通过便捷的展示手段增强公众的精神体验,同时也是增加展厅内客流承载度的必备手段。本论文在分析了智能展厅设计的基础上,针对中小型企业展厅的行业特点和规模特性,开发了基于物联网关键技术的智能展厅原型。并以某公司展厅为例,进行具体系统设计,结合需求构建了以物联网关键技术为核心的智能展厅。系统构建过程中首先针对需求对智能展厅从功能模块构成和技术方案上进行了总体设计。其次针对某具体的展厅进行了详细设计,其中包含设备选型、设计与搭建。在完成各个模块选型设计后进行了单元和组合实验分析。随后针对整个系统进行了综合性实验,并按照展厅的实际需求进行了优化分析。最后对整个系统存在的问题进行了讨论与优化。本系统针对企业内展厅构建的多样性,采用模块化的设计思想,极大地提高了系统的可扩展性,系统的使用也更加的灵活。本文完成的主要工作有以下几个方面:(1)对中小型企业的机器人玩具企业展厅进行了深入的研究,构建了基于物联网关键技术的智能展厅总体设计方案。(2)基于总体设计方案,以某公司展厅为例进行了适合该公司的具体应用方案设计。(3)针对方案进行了系统硬件设计。主要完成以MF RC500为核心构建了RFID读写器,以ATmega1168及外围传感器构建了室内环境信息采集的单元型模块,以Atmega32及外围传感器构建了用户体验系统模块,基于JN5139硬件构建了无线传感器网络平台。(4)完成系统多个上位机展示设计。对视频播放排队规则进行相关设计。(5)针对方案对各个展示模块进行了单元和组合实验,对相关问题进行了分析及优化研究。

【Abstract】 Today people do not have to travel around and still can know what are happening in the world. With the development of the IoT techniques, it has been widely applied in the management of logistics, medical care, security monitor and intelligent transportation, due to its sensing, delivering and calculating abilities.The exhibit hall as a window to provide knowledge, education and appreciation of culture, is always received the public’s attention and its importance is always attached by the enterprises either. Because of that, the exhibit hall should adopt the easy way to improve the spiritual experience of the public and enhance the carrying ability.According to the industry characteristics and scale feature, the thesis, based on the analysis of the design of Smart exhibit hall, develop a smart exhibit hall prototype based on the IoT key techniques. Taking a company as an example, a smart exhibit hall is constructed, combining with the demand of enterprise.In the process of the construction of the system, the overall design of the functional modules and technical scheme, aiming to demand of the smart exhibit hall is carried on firstly. And then, the specified design of a certain type of exhibit hall is carried on, containing the selection, design and installation of the equipments. After the design of modules, the experiment of the single module and multiple modules is carried on. After the above steps, the optimistic analysis, according to the actual demand of exhibit hall, and comprehensive experiments of the entire system is made. Due to the modular design idea, the expansibility of the system is enhances obviously and the flexibly is also improved.The major work in the paper is as follows:(1)The research for the small and middle sized robot toy enterprise is carried on. The overall smart exhibit hall design scheme is constructed, according to the key technology of Internet of Things.(2)The application scheme of a specified enterprise is designed.(3)The hardware scheme is completed, including a RFID reader (the core is MFRC500), a unit module of indoor environment information collection, based on the ATmega168and its peripheral sensors,users interaction system modual is constructed based on Atmega32and external sensors and a WSN platform based on JN5139hardware platform.(4)The exhibit design of the host computer and queue rule of video playing is completed.(5)The single and multiple experiments is made, of which common and special problem is also analyzed and optimized.
