【摘要】 库存管理是企业生产经营管理的一项重要组成部分,良好的库存管理能够为企业节约成本,增加利润。其中,化工产品的库存管理更有其独特之处。化工产品的库存管理不同于其他一般产品的库存管理,是一项技术性和专业性很强的工作。因此,化工产品的库存管理显得更为重要。论文以大连ZY石化国际贸易有限公司库存管理为研究对象,运用库存管理的相关理论,在对ZY石化贸易公司库存管理现状调查的基础上,分析了其库存特点以及库存管理存在的问题及原因,有针对性地制定了解决方案和保障措施。论文共分五个部分：第一部分介绍了研究背景、研究意义及论文的研究方法和技术路线；第二部分介绍了库存管理的相关理论和方法；第三部分介绍了ZY石化贸易公司库存特征,重点分析了公司库存管理存在的问题和原因；第四部分是针对库存管理存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案,即通过ABC分类法针对不同类型的库存进行分类,并采用不同的管理方法,A类库存采用准时化采购,B类库存采用联合库存管理,C类库存采用定期订货法；第五部分从对库存进行定置管理、建立库存管理信息系统、加强供应商关系管理等方面制定了保障措施。本文的研究成果将对ZY石化贸易公司有效改进库存管理具有指导作用,也希望对同行业的其他企业提供一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inventory management is an important part in enterprise production and operation management. Effective inventory management can save costs and increase profits for businesses. Especially inventory management of chemical products is more unique. Inventory management of chemical products is is different from other products in general, and it is a technical and highly professional work. Therefore inventory management of chemical products is of great significance.The dissertation studies inventory management of Dalian ZY Petrochemical International Trade Co., Ltd, and uses the theory of inventory management. On the basis of the investigation on the inventory management status of ZY Petrochemical International Trade Co., Ltd, the dissertation analyzes inventory characteristics and the problems and the causes in inventory management, and develops targeted solutions and safeguard measures.The dissertation includes five parts. The first part introduces the research background, the research meaning, the research methods and thesis technology way. The second part introduces the relevant theories and methods of inventory management. The third section describes the inventory characteristics, and focuses on the analysis of the problems and the causes in inventory management. The fourth part develops targeted solutions to the problems. That is to classify the different types of inventory using ABC classification, and adopting different management methods. A-inventory adopts JIT procurement. B-inventory adopts JMI. C-inventory adopts periodic order method. The fifth part develops some safeguard measures such as fixed location management for the inventory, setting up an inventory MIS, and strengthening the supplier relationship management and so on.This research will guide the improvement on ZY Petrochemical International Trade Co., Ltd’s inventory management and expect to offer some reference to other enterprises in the industry.更多还原
