【摘要】 社会工作是一门注重实践、操作性较强的应用型学科,专业实习对于社会工作学科的发展有着举足轻重的作用,实习督导作为社会工作实习的核心要素,在专业实习过程中扮演着重要的角色。虽然社会工作专业实习在西方国家、我国港台地区都有了成熟的发展模式,但在我国内地,由于社会工作学科起步较晚,专业实习教育的发展相对滞后,专业实习基地更是凤毛麟角。目前,我国针对社会工作督导的研究尚处于初步探索阶段,已有的研究大多停留在宏观制度层面,针对实习督导模式的研究更是少之又少,这对于重实践、重操作化的社会工作专业的发展非常不利,仅靠西方国家的“舶来品”,没有一套本土化的成熟、完善的督导模式,我国的社会工作实习教育将不会有质的突破。本研究旨在构建一套完整的社会工作实习督导模式,以系统理论为研究视角,采用文献及深度访谈的研究方法,借用Bogo和Vayda提出的理论与实践的整合环路模型(ITP环形模式),力图从所收集到的资料中,探索并构建出一种适合我国高校社会工作专业实习督导的理想指导模式,从而促进学生的专业能力成长。本研究以督导系统中的各子系统为研究对象,包括院校指导系统、机构督导系统、实习合作系统,以笔者参与的课程实习经历为蓝本,根据专业实习的不同时期构建针对性的督导形式,进而整合为一套较为理想的督导模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social work is a subject of application which is practical and operable, professional training plays a decisive role for the development of social work. As a core element, supervisor of practice plays an important role in the process of professional practice. Although professional training has a mature development mode in western countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan areas, the development of major practice is relative lag because of late start and slow development in the mainland of China, the professional practice mechanism is very rare. Nowadays, the research of social work superior is still in the exploration stage, the mostly existing research stays in the macroscopic system level, in the light of the research for the training superior is extremely trifling and minute, it is disadvantage for the development of social work which emphasizes practice and operation. It may not achieve a breakthrough and development if we only rely on the overseas imports and we couldn’t have a set of local supervision model which is mature and perfect.So, this research aims at construct of a set of practice supervise model which is complicated. With the view of system theory, this research use the method of literature and interview, borrowing the "The Integration of Theory and Practice Loop Model" from Bogo and Vayda. This research aims at explorate and construct of a ideally supervise model for social work which is apply to our universities in China in order to promote our college students’professional skills.As the research object, the sub system of supervise system consists of college guide system, mechanism of supervision system, practice cooperation system. This research modeled to the internship experience whose participant is the author.
