【摘要】 都市农业为社会经济达到确切程度之后,将城市区域范围当作基础同时能够为城市创造便利、保证经济平衡、功能完善、业态多样、产业融合的农业综合体系,为城市经济还有城市生态系统非常关键的构成环节。作者在武汉市现代都市农业具体情况、优势及存在的问题进行了深入分析和研究,提出了武汉都市农业布局的未来的趋势还有相关应对措施,希望能够推动武汉都市农业和提高城市生态环境质量实现完美统一,推动农业现代化水平不断提高的过程中,能够真正的提高生态环境质量,推动“都市”能够和“农业”实现有机结合。所以,本文的研究对推动社会和自然协调发展、农业发展、农民增收还有城乡协调发展方面有重要的现实意义。本文首先对都市农业布局发展的相关理论开展了阐释,在和农业产业布局存在紧密联系的各种因素开展系统的研究。从这个前提之下,在武汉市都市农业具体情况开展分析,总结了武汉市都市农业发展的优势,着重探讨了武汉都市农业发展面临的问题及造成这些问题的主要原因。然后,本文根据武汉都市农业发展的现有特点和优势,提出了武汉农业布局的发展方向及都市产业布局整体规划思路,包括：加大政府对农业基础设施的投资,从投资环境内推动农业投资主体能够产生应有的影响；从农业经营过程中有效借助高新科技,推动其科技含量持续提升,通过这种方式来推动武汉市都市农业不断进步；按照武汉市都市农业具体情况还有以后的发展倾向,科学合理的开展都市农业功能定位。最后,本文有针对性的提出了相关机制,以保障科学合理的农业布局及都市产业布局规划能够得以制定和顺利实施。更多还原

The author in Wuhan city agriculture in modern city situation, advantage and existence problem undertook thorough analysis and research, forward Wuhan urban agriculture layout in the future trends and related measures, hope to be able to promote the Wuhan urban agriculture and improving the city ecological environment quality to achieve the perfect unity, promote agricultural modernization level rise ceaselessly in the process, can really improve the quality of ecological environment, promote" urban" and" agriculture" realizing organic combination, therefore, this research to promote social and natural harmonious development, agricultural development, farmer is added close and coordinated development of urban and rural areas has important practical significance.This paper on urban agriculture layout development related theory to carry out agricultural industry layout in interpretation, and there is a close relationship between the various factors to carry out systematic research, from this premise, in Wuhan city agriculture specific carry out analysis, summarized in Wuhan city agriculture development advantages, emphatically discusses the Wuhan city agriculture develops the problem that face and the main reasons causing these problems.Then, according to the Wuhan urban agricultural development existing characteristic and advantage, put forward the development direction of Wuhan agriculture layout and urban industry position in the overall planning,including:increase the government’s agricultural infrastructure investment from the investment environment, promote agricultural investment subject to produce due effect; from agricultural management effectively in the process with the help of new and high science and technology, promote the content of its science and technology continued to improve, through this way to promote the Wuhan city agriculture progress; Wuhan urban agriculture according to the specific circumstances and future development tendency, scientific and reasonable to carry out city agriculture function positioning.
