循环水泵房正向进水前池水力性能探究及结构优化

【摘要】 火力发电厂中冷却水循环水泵房进水前池内流场的稳定直接影响着循环水泵是否能安全和高效的运行,前池的结构尺寸和整个循环水泵房的土建工程投资也有直接关系。泵站设计规范规定:泵站前池结构设计应满足水流顺畅、流速均匀、池内不得产生涡流的要求。如果进水前池的形状、尺寸设计不合理,则易导致池内形成不良流场。前池是泵站的进水建筑物,将引水管道中的来水均匀地分配给各流道,当外界引用流量迅速改变时,前池的容积可起一定的调节作用,应尽量保证泵房进水前池有良好的流态,保证水流能均匀平稳地进入流道,避免回流和涡流的产生。本文中研究的前池结构布置特点为进水前池与引水箱涵呈直“T”形布置,前池整体为矩形结构,长(沿水流方向)×宽=30.Omx26.8m,引水箱涵进口截面净空尺寸bxh=3.5mx3.5m。文中采用流体动力学软件FLUENT对该结构前池流场进行了数值模拟分析,研究该结构下前池流场中流速的分布规律,同时按重力相似准则设计正态物理模型,以求对数值模拟的结果进行验证。试验设计了不同工况,通过对水流流态,典型断面流速,水位的观测,分析了各断面横向纵向水流的分布规律,同时分析其产生原因及影响,提出了合理的前池优化方案。选用数值模拟的方法对结构进行优化设计,可对流场进行同时同步数据提取,简单直观地反映前池结构对水流流态的影响情况。针对前池内可能出现的不良流态,文章特推荐了两种有效可行的前池整流措施,研究成果对国内外类似工程有一定的参考价值,论文具有较强的学术价值和实用价值。

【Abstract】 In the circulating water pump house of thermal power plant, the stability hydraulic performance of the former pool’s flow field can affect directly the circulating pump’s run safely and efficiently. For the whole of circulating water pumping house’s civil engineering’s reasonable investment also has the guidance function. According to the relevant provisions of the pump station design specification, the architecture’s design of pumping pool station should ensure the flow of water in the pool marching smoothly, the overall flow pattern, it can not produce larger area of the recirculation or eddy current area in the pool shall. In this paper, the pool is pumping station’s fill buildings, the water diversion come from the water pipe will be evenly distributed to each port; When the outside quoted flow are changing rapidly, the volume of the previous pool can play a regulatory role, therefore, we should try to ensure the pool before the pumping station have a good pool of flow pattern, to ensure that the water flow better go to the gate of each port.In the research, the former pool structure arrangement characteristics is the water pool culvert box with rectangular water pool is straight before the "T" type structure layout, former pool rectangular in whole set, long (along the flow direction)×width=30.0m×26.8m, water diversion channel entrance section headroom size b×h=3.5m×3.5m. The fluid dynamics of this structure software FLUENT Former pool fluent numerical simulation analysis, study the structure of Former pool fluent the velocity distribution, at the same time in gravity similar standard design normal physical model, in order to the results of the numerical simulation of for verification. The design of experiments under different conditions, through to the flow regime, typical sections velocity, observations of the water level, analyzed each section of the longitudinal flow transverse distribution law, at the same time, the paper analyzes the cause and effect are put forward, the previous pool optimization scheme. And choose the method of numerical simulation of optimization design for structure, the convection field and synchronous data extraction, simple intuitive reflect the previous pool structure on the influence of the flow regime, can save a lot of manpower and material resources, this paper introduces two effective and reasonable kinds of structure optimization and transformation measures to former pool.
