吕梁山区农村住宅保温节能研究

【摘要】 传统的窑洞是冬暖夏凉的覆土式建筑,能耗比普通建筑可以降低70%以上。山西省吕梁山区是传统的窑洞居住区,可是随着农村生活水平的提高,砖混结构平房代替了传统的窑洞住宅,导致农村住宅能耗的大幅度增加和供热费用的大幅度投入。为了贯彻国家建筑节能政策、大幅度提高节能效果、降低建筑的使用费用,采用新型建筑材料、现代保温节能技术、合理的建筑结构来因地制宜地实现绿色环保高效节能的新型山区住宅建筑具有重要的意义。本文研究的具体工作如下:(1)对山西省吕梁山区农村现有住宅进行了走访调查、现场考察、问卷调查;通过对其建造过程的调查,得到了三种结构形式住宅的建造构造数据;通过问卷调查,总结出吕梁山区农村居民的经济收入及建房意愿、能源使用情况、材料使用情况、室内舒适度情况等。(2)总结了影响住宅节能的建筑因素,通过因素对比,分析了吕梁农村现有住宅在平面形状、平面长宽、进深、建筑体型、建筑体量方面的优缺点;通过热工计算,分别得到了三种结构形式住宅的具体节能性能。(3)使用玻化微珠保温节能系列产品对现有砖混结构平房进行节能改造,提出其节能设计原理及施工措施。(4)通过DEST-H软件模拟分析,得到吕梁山区农村住宅的最优层高;针对现用建筑材料的缺点及吕梁山区的实际情况,推荐了几种适合吕梁山区实际情况的环保节能砌体材料;设计玻化微珠保温混凝土代替普通混凝土做屋面板,减少了施工程序、节约了建筑成本、提高了节能效果。山西省吕梁山区农村住宅的保温节能实际探索及理论分析,为我国北方黄土山区现有的一般住宅提供了节能改造方案,为新建节能型住宅提供了可行设计方案,为新型无机、防火、绿色环保材料——玻化微珠保温产品在吕梁山区的推广使用提供了较优的可选方案,为我国农村建筑节能起到推进作用,对实现我国建筑节能目标有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Traditional cave is cool casing construction, energy consumption can be reduced by70%or more than ordinary buildings. Lv liang area is traditional cave dwelling residential area, but with the improvement of living standards in rural areas, brick bungalow instead of a traditional cave houses, leading to a substantial investment in a substantial increase in rural residential energy consumption and heating costs. In order to implement the national building energy efficiency policies, substantial increase in energy savings, reduce the cost of the use of the building, the use of new building materials and modern insulation energy conservation technology, reasonable structure to reproduce the ancient wisdom of great significance. Of this study are as follows:(1) We were investigating Existing rural residential of Lv liang,site visiting, questionnaires; Its construction process, the structure data of the three structural forms of residential construction; through questionnaires, summed up Lv liang mountainous rural residents income and housing will, energy usage, material usage, indoor comfort situation.(2) Summarizes the impact of residential energy-efficient building factors, factor comparison, analysis of the the LV liang existing rural residential planar in shape, length and width of plane, into the deep, building size, building body mass, the advantages and disadvantages; thermal, respectively. The three structural forms of residential energy performance.(3) The use of glass beads of insulation to energy-saving products for energy saving on the existing brick and concrete structure Cottage, describes the energy efficient design principles and construction measures.(4) DEST-H software simulation analysis, the optimal Lv liang rural residential storey; the actual situation of the shortcomings of the existing building materials and Lv liang recommended several suitable Lv liang the actual situation of environmental protection and energy saving masonry materials; design glass beads insulation concrete instead of plain concrete roof, reducing the construction program, saving the cost of construction, improve energy performance.Rural housing in Lv liang actual exploration of energy-saving insulation and theoretical analysis, the existing northern loess mountains of general residential energy-saving program for new energy-efficient fine residential design of new inorganic, fire, green materials the Lv liang promotion of glass beads of insulation products provide the better options, play a role in the promotion of rural building energy efficiency is important in the realization of China’s building energy efficiency goals.
