【摘要】 近期的国民体质监测结果显示我国中小学学生的体质健康水平呈下降趋势，如肥胖率、近视率高居不下，而乒乓球运动易于开展和普及率很高，是深受中小学学生喜爱的运动之一，对中小学学生体质健康水平的调高有显著的促进作用。2010年本人参加“国培计划”置换到林州市合涧镇一中教学实习一个月，在此期间发现虽然林州市中学学生参加乒乓球运动的人数很多、热情很高，但中学乒乓球运动开展却处在一个较低的水平。因此本文通过运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科研方法对林州市中学乒乓球运动开展现状进行调查研究，主要包括乒乓球运动教学、课外乒乓球活动情况、乒乓球比赛开展现状、高考体育加试中乒乓球项目考试情况、体育教师进修中乒乓球运动情况五个方面。以求找出林州市中学乒乓球运动开展存在的问题，总结有益的经验和方法，为林州市中学乒乓球运动更好的开展提供一定的建议和帮助。通过调查研究得出以下结果：1.由于监管体系的不完善，虽然乒乓球运动在新课改开始阶段广泛的进入到林州市中学的体育课程教学中，但一段时间后又退出了体育课堂教学。2.林州市中学体育教师的年龄结构、性别构成、学历程度组成都不尽如意，乒乓球专项的体育教师数量较少。体育教师获取乒乓球运动理论和技能知识的渠道较少，而乒乓球运动深受林州市中学学生的喜爱，应加大对体育教师在乒乓球运动上的培训力度。3.林州市中学乒乓球场地器材基本满足教学需要，学生广泛积极地参加乒乓球运动，但乒乓球运动并未进入体育教学环节，在课堂乒乓球活动和课外乒乓球活动中，学生获得技术与理论知识主要来自于同学，体育教师并未起到积极的作用。4.林州市中学高考体育加试中以乒乓球运动为专项的学生在考试中不能获得理想的成绩，使得考生人数越来越少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent national physique monitoring results show that the physical health of China’s primary andsecondary school students in a downward trend, such as rates of obesity, myopia, high, table tennis is easyto carry out and penetration is high, is a popular favorite sport of primary and secondary school studentsasignificant role on the increase of primary and secondary school students’ physical health.2010Iparticipated in the national training plan replacement to Linzhou Hop Stream town teaching practice amonth, found that the number of Forest City Middle School students to participate in table tennis a lot ofenthusiasm during this period, but the secondary school table tennis Campaign at a lower level.This article by the use of literature, interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, logic,analysis and other scientific research methods to the current situation of the the Linzhou School table tennisto carry out investigations and studies, including table tennis teaching, extra-curricular table tennis, tabletennis to carry out the status quo, the college entrance examination sports plus the Trials Table Tennisexamination, five aspects of table tennis in the sports teacher education movement. A view to identifyingthe the the Linzhou School Table Tennis problems, summary of useful experience and methods, to providesome advice and help to better carry out for the the Linzhou School table tennis. Through research, thefollowing results:1.Due to the imperfections of the regulatory system, although the table tennis in the beginning of thenew curriculum a wide range of access to the Linzhou high school sports teaching, but for some time andthen pulled out of PE teaching.2Linzhou School physical education teachers age structure, sex composition, education level iscomposed of all the unpleasantness, physical education teachers in a small number of Table Tennis.Physical education teachers channels less for table tennis theory and the skills and knowledge, and tabletennis by the the Linzhou favorite of high school students, should increase the training intensity of physicaleducation teachers in the table tennis. 3the Linzhou School table tennis equipment can basically meet the needs of teaching, students widelyand actively participate in table tennis, table tennis is not into sports teaching in the class table tennisactivities and extra-curricular table tennis activities, student access to technology theoretical knowledgefrom the students, physical education teachers did not play an active role.The Linzhou secondary school entrance examination sports extratest in table tennis for the specialstudents in the exam can not get good results, making fewer and fewer number of candidates.更多还原
