【摘要】 高校思想政治教育的实效性问题是思想政治教育领域中的一个常论常新的问题，更是思想政治教育理论工作者和实际工作者所共同面临的急需解答的现实问题。目前学术界在如何增强高校思想政治教育实效性的问题上已有了较广泛的研究，但是随着社会环境的变化和时代的发展，高校思想政治教育的维度和方式也随之变化，如何增强高校思想政治教育的实效性也跟随时代发展的步伐不断创新，这给我们的实践工作又提出了新的挑战。因此，能否运用马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论，结合时代发展的需要，从理论与实际的结合上回答这一问题，便成为思想政治教育科学发展的关键所在，如何根据时代前进的步伐与时俱进，提出切实可行的增强高校思想政治教育实效性的方法更是值得我们认真对待，深入思考。对高校思想政治教育实效性研究已有很多成果，但是从整体来看，对思想政治教育实效性的研究还是缺乏一个整体性的视阈，很多学者都是从单一的一个方面或几个方面去探讨，没有体现出整体性。思想政治教育实效性的内涵模糊，迄今为止还没有一个统一的提法和明确的界限，这两方面是我们在今后的研究工作中需要努力的地方。本文从分析高校思想政治教育现状入手，指出现今高校在思想政治教育中存在的问题，针对这些问题提出切实可行的对策，以增强高校思想政治教育的实效性。当前我国高校思想政治教育工作存在的问题有：学科建设研究肤浅，走机械化道路；受教育者缺乏实践，学习能力低；思想政治理论教育者方法不得当，自身素质低；辅导员队伍缺乏专业化，工作能力有限；高校管理者思想不重视，缺乏基层经验。造成这些问题的主要原因是：个别教育工作者对思想政治教育学科研究态度不严谨，在研究过程中对相关学科照搬照抄，对思想政治教育学科研究没有正确的认识；受教育者缺乏良好的接受教育条的件，在接受教育过程中受到不良环境因素的影响，高校教育机制对受教育者造成一些不好的影响，受教育者内在排斥思想政治理论课的学习；思想政治理论教育者的素质有待提高；辅导员的工作不受学校重视，辅导员队伍建设没有形成专业化，辅导员的工作在高校中被边缘化；高校思想政治教育管理体制不健全，一些思想政治教育管理者不称职。因此我们可以从以下方面入手进行改进：在推进思想政治教育学科建设的过程中，科学的认识思想政治教育学科化建设，重视思想政治教育学科的本土化研究；在受教育者的工作方面，提高受教育者的素质，培养受教育者的主动学习意识，增强受教育者的实践能力；在思想政治理论教育者队伍建设方面，规范与思想政治理论教育者相关的制度，提高思想政治理论教育者素质，改进教育教学方法提高教学水平；在辅导员队伍建设方面，推动辅导员队伍专业化建设，加强辅导员队伍制度建设；对于高校的管理者来说，要健全高效思想政治教育管理体制，营造良好的校园氛围，打造校园品牌项目，以此来增强思想政治教育的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to enhance the actual effects of the Moral and Political Education(MPE) in universities hasalways been an important research focus undertaken by many scholars in this feild, thus calling for seriousstudy and needing further investigation by the researchers,scholars and practitioners to address this urgentissue. So far extensive research has been made into how to enhance the actual effects of MPE. However,due to the changing social environment, changes have also taken place in how MPE should be conductedand what should be included in it. In light of this, researchers are faced with the urgent task andoverwhelming challenge of updating and innovating MPE in universities so as to make it more applicableto the new situation.To enhance the actual effects of MPE, we need to take the changing situation into consideration andalso seek guidance from some important theories. In this endeavor, such theories as Maxism-Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought and Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics can provide the theoreticalframework to help us gain insight into this ussue and come up with a more feasible method to make MPEmore applicable to the changing situation in China.so as to make it more applicable to the new situation.Despite the large amount of constructive research made into MPE’s actual effects, many researchers,instead of adopting an all-inclusive approach, only study this issue from one or severalperspectives,yielding fragmentary research results.As a result, ambiguity and uncertainties still remain interms of what the term “Actual effects” denotes and connotates.Accordingly,more research should beunderttaken in these two dimensions.In this thesis, we have presented an overview of the current situation in MPE in universities, listed theexisting problems in this field and finally put forward some feasible methods to address these problems toenhance MPE’s actual effects.Upon extensive research, we have identified the following problems in the MPE in universities in ourcountry: lack of in-depth disciplinary construction researches; lack of real-life practice and high-levellearning capacity in the targets of MPE; improper methods adopted by under-qualified teaching personnelengaged in MPE;lack of expertise and specialised knowledge in the student counselors; and lack of enoughattention paid to this issue by administrative personnel in universities and lack of practical skill in their real work.Reasons giving rise to such problems can be summarised as follows: some educators engaged in MPEare not adopting a rigorous attitude in both research and practice, plagiarising others’ research findings andattaching little importance to MPE; for lack of favorable conditions to engage in the leaning, sometargets/students of MPE are negatively influenced in the learning process and thus reluctant to focus onlearning of moral and political theories;teaching personnel involved in MPE are sometimes underqualified;because student counselors’work is not paid enough attention to and even marginalized,some universitiesdon’t have a strong team of professional student counselors;many universities haven’t established a soundMPE system and sometimes the admistrative personnel are not qualified.In view of such problems and reasons in the MPE education in Chinese universities, we can addressthis issue by making efforts in the following aspects: with regard to the disciplinary construction of MPE,we need to view it in a scientific and objective manner and give priority to the research into the MPE in thecontext of actual situation; concerning the targets or students receiving MPE, we need to cultivate theirlearning initiative and enhance their practical skills; concerning the establishment of a strong teaching teamengaged in MPE, we should formulate a sound system to standardize MPE,improve the qualification andexpertise in such teachers, and innovate their teaching methods to achieve the optimum teachingeffect;regarding the formation of a competent team of student counselors, we need to attach importance tothese counselors’ work, provide them with specialized training and further step up our efforts inestablishing such a strong team;last but not the least, in terms of the administrative personnel in universities,we should srengthen and standardize the administrative system of MPE, create a favorable learningatmosphere on the campus and launch some well-received brand projects so as to enhance the actual effectsof moral and political education in our universities.更多还原
