【摘要】 近几年来，不断恶化的气候环境和日益严重的自然灾害频繁发生给人类经济社会的发展带来了巨大挑战。气候问题不再仅仅局限于环境层面，而成为影响全球经济发展的重大风险因素，影响着人类的生存、社会财富的创造以及经济运行等各个方面。作为应对全球变暖、改善气候环境切入点的低碳经济，以其更加突出的低排放量、低能源消耗和高使用效率的特点，得到了世界各国的青睐，而作为其核心环节的碳金融，更是成为各方竞相发展的重点，碳金融市场方兴未艾。为了走出08年以来的全球金融危机的阴影，积极探寻世界经济新的增长点，以期谋求未来经济发展的新高度，各国政府都把发展以碳金融为核心的低碳经济作为一项重要发展规划。英国、美国凭借其先进的环保理念、雄厚的资金和先进的节能环保技术，先行一步，大力支持碳金融的发展，已经基于碳减排权形成了碳交易货币、直接投融资、银行贷款、碳期权期货等一系列金融衍生品为支撑的碳金融体系，走在了碳金融发展的前列。我国作为一个发展中的大国，同时也是能源消耗大国和二氧化碳排放大国，面临着经济发展和环境保护的双重任务。如何顺应时代发展趋势，抓住低碳经济新机遇，通过促进我国碳金融的不断发展，实现我国经济社会的可持续发展有着极其重要的意义。当然，这些也是本文要阐述说明的中心问题。在全球日益关注全球变暖的外力和本国自然环境保护的内力的双重压力下，自《京都议定书》2005年开始生效以来，全球碳金融市场呈现出高速增长的态势，低碳经济在全球持续升温，为了谋求在全球碳金融市场中的定价权和参与表决权，以获得更多的利益为出发点，不同国家、政党之间展开了一场围绕碳金融的竞争与博弈。因此，研究碳金融产生的时代背景和发展现状，分析围绕碳金融发展中的各利益集团之间的博弈，探讨我国在发展碳金融过程中遇到的各种问题和困境，提出符合我国特殊国情的碳金融发展之路具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对碳金融产生的时代背景和发展历程进行了总结，了解了碳金融的国际、国内发展现状。然后从三个层面对碳金融发展过程中各方的利益博弈进行了分析，明确了我国在发展碳金融过程中应该遵循的基本原则和立场。最后，详细分析了我国在碳金融发展中的不足之处，并就此给出了促进我国碳金融市场发展的对策建议。更多还原
