【摘要】 港口作为物流系统的重要节点之一,作为货物中转站,对整个社会物流的运转效率和区域经济发展的作用越来越重要。目前,我国中小港口的竞争环境日趋激烈,发展过程中仍然存在着种种弊端,例如港口物流需求把握不准、操作方式比较单一、服务不规范、流程效率低下以及现代物流信息技术应用水平落后等问题。长三角地区汇集了我国众多的中小港口,为了在竞争中占得先机,也为了进一步提升港口的管理水平,企业寻求新的发展思路和创新流程管理的工作迫在眉睫。本文以J港为例开展江港业务流程优化研究。文章首先对我国的中小港口研究、业务流程优化研究、物流企业流程优化研究以及港口业务流程优化研究现状进行了综述和分析,系统阐述了与本文研究相关的已有研究成果；然后全面总结了业务流程优化的基本理论、工作框架和应用方法,同时说明了沿江港口的基本业务流程和组织结构。其次,结合案例企业的实际状况,通过调研和访谈,对J港业务流程现状进行了详细的梳理和描述,诊断出目前企业业务流程中存在的一系列问题和不足,并且说明了我国港口企业实施信息化的紧迫性和必要性。最后按照业务流程优化的方法,进行了J港传统业务流程优化设计、全面信息化的业务流程设计以及智能港口物联网流程优化设计,并且在研究过程中对每一个流程设计阶段制定了合理有效的实施措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the important nodes of the logistics systems and as a transit point for goods, river ports are becoming more and more important for the whole community’s logistics operation efficiency and regional economic development. The competitive environment of the small and medium-sized river ports of China is becoming more and more intense. Some drawbacks still exist during the development processes. Such as port logistics requirements are difficult to grasp, mode of operations is relatively simple, services are not standardized, the application levels of the modern logistics information technology lag behind. Yangtze River Delta region has a collection of small and medium-sized river ports in China, it is important to seek new development idea and innovation process management for river ports.The research object is Port J. First, literature review and analysis were conducted on the research status about small and medium-sized port of china, including business process optimization studies, logistics and business process optimization and port business processes. Systematically expounded the existing research results about this study; Then the basic theory of business process optimization framework and application method, and the basic business processes and organizational structure of the river ports were comprehensively summed. Secondly, a detailed combing and describing of the Port J business processes were carried out through research and interview. The problems and deficiencies in business processes were diagnosed. And the necessity and urgency of information technology of port enterprises were illustrated. Finally, the traditional business processes of Port J was optimized and designed. The business processes under the conditions of information technology were designed. And the business processes under the conditions of the Internet of Things were designed. And the implementing measures were put out as well as their effectors were analyzed in each stage.更多还原
