1KW CMMB发射机Ⅱ型控制系统的设计

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,对发射机实现播出自动化、智能化的要求也不断在提高,发射机控制系统作为发射机的核心组成部分,其稳定可靠的工作是提高发射机播音质量和效率的重要保障。本文在了解1KW发射机的工作特点与技术要求的基础上,分析了该发射机控制系统的功能特点。确定了控制系统主控单元的结构,选用ARM作为控制系统的核心,采用触摸屏作为系统的人机交互设备,使系统更加人性化,操作更加便捷;完成了主控单元相关电路的设计,包括存储电路的设计、串口通信电路的设计以及其他相关接口电路的设计。软件设计在层次式的框架下,采用结构化与模块化的编程思想,完成了人机交互程序、数据存储程序、通信程序、定时开/关机程序以及故障保护程序的设计,满足了发射机的控制需求,实现了发射机工作状态及工作参数的实时显示、工作人员对发射机的管理与控制、定时自动开/关机、数据传输、发射机故障自我保护等功能。现场调试表明,该控制系统能够满足发射机长期、稳定工作的需求,具有较高的可靠性和实时性。
【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, the requirement oftransmitter in automatic and intelligent is unceasingly improved. The stable andreliable work of the transmitter control system, which is the core of thetransmitter, is very important for the transmitter to improve the broadcast qualityand efficiency.Based on the understanding of the work characteristics and technicalrequirements about1KW CMMB transmitter, the functional characteristics ofthe transmitter control system were analyzed. The structure of the main controlunit in the transmitter control system was determined, ARM was selected as thecore processor of the control system, and the touch screen was used as theman-machine interactive equipment to make the system humanity andconvenient for operating; the hardware circuit such as storage circuit, serialcommunication circuit and other related interface circuit etc was designed andrealized.The programming idea of structuration and modularity was applied in thedesign of the control system software, and the hierarchical framework was alsoused. The program such as man-machine interface, data storage, communication,timing on/off and protection were designed and realized, which could meet thedemand of the control for transmitter, and could realize functions such asreal-time display of working state and parameters, management and control ofthe transmitter for working-person, automatic switch on/off, data transmission,self protection of the transmitter when has fault.The test in laboratory and working field shows that the control system fortransmitter can satisfy the requirement of working stably for a long time, andhave high reliability and real-time ability.
