用户用电信息采集系统设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着电网业务的迅速发展和对电力日益增加的需求,建设能够为电网营销业务和电力市场正常运营服务,及时了解用电状态的用电信息采集系统成为电力管理部门的必然选择。所以,建设用户用电信息采集系统,可为提高客户服务质量和准确结算奠定坚实基础,并且随着电力营销业务的进一步发展,用户用电信息采集系统做为营销业务系统的一个重要组成部份,要求除实现电能信息采集及数据分析等基本功能外,还必须具备良好的开放性和灵活性,可以与其它业务系统实现数据和资源共享,为电力企业的业务运行和管理决策提供技术支撑。本论文通过对用户用电信息采集系统以及相关问题的研究,结合用户用电信息采集系统的发展现状,完成了对用户用电信息采集系统的总体结构以及各个部分的组成设计,对系统结构、通讯网络、终端设备及系统软件功能、系统接口做了详细的阐述,使系统具备采集、分析及处理数据的各项功能。随着信息技术的不断发展和业务的需求,希望通过不懈的努力,能对用户用电信息采集系统进行完善,并为这个系统的深入研究提供好的思路和方法,切实对用户用电信息采集系统的发展做出贡献。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of power grid business and the increasing requirement of power, establishing the power information collection system has already become the inevitable choice for power management department, which serves for the marketing of power grid and the normal operation of power market, and knowing about the power state in time. And thus, it lays a solid foundation for improving service quality to customers and exact settlement by establishing the power information collection system; besides, with the further development of power marketing, as a important part, the power information collection system should be of good openness and flexibility, which is able to share the data and resources with other business, and provide technical support for the business operation and administrative decision in power enterprises, except the basic functions, such as power information collection and data analysis.With the researches on power information collection system and other relevant problems, combining with the current developing situation of power information collection system, the thesis completes the design of gross structure and every component element on the power information collection system, makes detailed elaboration on system structure, communication network, terminal unit, functions of system software and system interface, and makes the system be equipped with all functions of collection, analysis and data processing.With constant development of information technology and the requirements of business, and our efforts, the user power information collection system can be completed, and good thoughts and means can be provided to the deep researches on this system, besides contributions would be made to the power information collection system practically.
