【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国工业化、城镇化进程比较顺利，但由于受到农村发展投入比重不足、城乡居民收入差距日渐扩大、区域社会发展差异巨大等因素制约，使农业现代化严重滞后于工业化和城镇化的发展，城乡差距越来越大。吉林省作为老工业基地长期积累的体制性、结构性矛盾仍然没有从根本上得到破解，发展的内生动力不足，制约科学发展的体制机制障碍仍很突出，经济结构不尽合理，发展后劲仍然不足，农业基础比较薄弱，基础设施建设欠账较多，科技成果转化能力不强，城乡居民收入增长较慢等问题。本论文首先对工业化、城镇化与农业现代化的相关理论进行分析，对工业化、城镇化与农业现代化的涵义进行界定，以此为基础阐述统筹发展的意义以及有关工业化、城镇化与农业现代化统筹发展的研究成果；其次通过深入分析吉林省工业化、城镇化与农业现代化的现状，找出工业化、城镇化与农业现代化发展存在的问题；然后运用层次分析方法，对吉林省工业化、城镇化与农业现代化统筹发展程度进行评价，结果表明：吉林省工业化未能对城镇化、农业现代化提供有效带动；城镇化发展缓慢；农业现代化严重滞后工业化和城镇化发展。最后分析影响吉林省工业化、城镇化与农业现代化统筹发展的主要因素，进而提出使吉林省工业化、城镇化与农业现代化统筹发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Chinese reform, Chinese industrialization and urbanizationprocess are going on smoothly. Owing to lack of proportion of investment inrural development, expanding income disparity of urban and rural residents,great difference in regional social development and other elements, agriculturalmodernization deeply lag behind development of industrialization andurbanization. The urban-rural gaps are more and more large. As an oldindustrial base, Jilin province, the long term accumulation systematiccontradiction and structural contradiction are not solved, and the endogenouspower of development is not enough. The systemic machine-process hinderwhich restricts scientific development is also outstanding. The construction ofeconomic is not reasonable and developed aftereffect is not enough. Theagricultural base is weaker, construction of basic installation are more thanbefore. At the same time, the ability of scientific result is not enough and theincrease of the income of urban and rural residents is slower than before.First of all, this thesis analyses the related theories of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization, and defines all of them. Then, theauthor expounds the definition of overall development and the relationshipsamong industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Secondly,according to the analysis of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jilin province, the author finds problems in industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization. Next, the author uses analytichierarchy process to evaluate overall development problem in industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization. The results indicate thatindustrialization of Jilin province can not effectively drive urbanization andagricultural modernization. The development of urbanization is slow and agricultural modernization affect development in industrialization, andurbanization. At last, the author analyses main factors which affect inindustrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in overalldevelopment problem in Jilin province.
