基于SOA和工作流的省科技项目网络管理平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着网络化、信息化进程的不断加速,我省科技项目的网络管理工作面临着任务量逐年增加、信息量不断增大、复杂程度不断提高等问题。通过运用现代网络和计算机技术,构建更加高效、更为实用的科研项目管理平台,实现项目申报管理工作的网络化,可以有效地缩短项目申报时间,有效地简化项目申报和管理的过程,极大的提高了申报者及管理部门的工作效率。为此,改造我省原有的科技项目管理信息系统,构建更为高效、更为实用的科技项目管理平台就显得尤为重要。本论文以省科技项目网络管理平台为背景,重点开展了如下的研究工作。首先,论文介绍了项目选题的相关背景、研究现状及项目所采用的工作流技术、SOA技术、.NET技术等的相关概念描述。我们通过深入调研省级科研机构、高校科研处以及部分申报单位的人员,对系统需求进行了分析,论文从项目筹备阶段、申报阶段、审查阶段、审批阶段以及项目的结项等整个项目执行过程进行了项目功能性需求分析,同时从用户方面对系统的界面要求、稳定性、安全性、标准化等方面进行非功能性需求分析。其次,论文根据系统的功能需求分析,设计系统的总体架构,分别从技术的架构、业务的架构两个方面阐述了系统的总体设计思路,并给出了详细的系统架构用例图。系统采用B/S模式,即浏览器/服务器模式提供服务,用户只需要有一台可以接入互联网的计算机,就可以使用电脑自带的浏览器访问科技项目管理平台,从而实现项目的申报、管理等业务流程。并以项目管理、同行专家的在线评议、平台架构设计等部分为重点,介绍了平台的需求分析部分内容。接下来对项目在线申报系统进行详细的设计与实现。在开发设计中,系统被划分为几个主要的功能模块,例如用户管理模块等。按照系统功能模块的划分,详细介绍了这几大功能模块的具体的实现过程,并给出相关模块的设计思路和具体的实施方法。同时,在平台的系统设计中也充分考虑到用户不能越权操作权限外的其他功能,严格控制用户的使用权限,采取相应的措施防止用户越权操作。再次,以项目管理、专家在线评议为主线,详细介绍了这两个模块的分用户的功能设计,并介绍了模块中重要功能的编程实现过程。最后,主要介绍了平台的测试和使用方法,重点介绍了测试方法所使用的测试标准以及所得出测试的结果。省科技项目网络管理平台将在全省高等学校和科研院所推广使用。该项目从创新的角度对我省科技项目网络综合管理的多个工作流程进行了有效地的整合与设计,其实现了真正意义上科技项目的网络化管理。
【Abstract】 With the accelerating process of the network and information technology, the networkmanagement of science research items in our province is faced with such problems as theincreasing volume of the task of work each year, the rising amount of information and theexpanding complexity. Through using modern network and computer technology, to buildmore efficient, more practical research management platform, and present networkmanagement, could effectively short the declaration time, simplify declaration process, andgreatly improve work efficiency. Concerning those problems, it is particularly important totransform the original sciences research items management system of our province and buildmore efficient and more practical management platform.Based on the integrated network management platform of provincial science researchitems, the thesis mainly focus on the following research: firstly to introduce the relevantproject background、the workflow the present research projects employed at home and abroad,SOA,.NET technology and so on; After intensive investigation of provincial educationdepartment and scientific research institute, science and research division of university, thesystem demand was analyzed. The functional demand was analyzed through the entire processof project implementation: project preparatory stage, decelerate stage, review stage, approvalstage and project post stage. The nonfunctional demand was analyzed from the userrequirements about interface, stability, security, standardization and so on. Then the collectivesystem architecture was designed based on the system demand analysis. The collective systemdesign idea was described from the technical architecture and business architecture. Thedetailed system architecture using case diagrams were also given. Browser/Server Model wasused in the system. Only one computer with Internet access, the user can access the system todeclare project, to management and do other services. And, to focus on the three parts: projectmanagement, expert online appraisals and platform architecture design and give aintroduction to the needs analysis of the platform; Thirdly, Then the on-line declarationsystem was designed and implemented in detail. In the development and design, the systemwas divided into several main functional modules: the user management module and so on.According to the division of system function modules, the specific implementation processwas introduced in detail, the design ideas and a specific implementation method of the relevant module was also presented. Meanwhile, taking into not do the things beyond theirpower, some measures were taken, the user permissions was controlled strictly in the system.With the project management and expert online appraisals as the main line, to give a specificdescription of the user’s functional design of the two sub-modules and introduce theachievement of the process programming;Lastly, to mainly present the methods of theplatform testing and usage and focused on the testing standards and test results obtained oftesting methods.The integrated network management platform of provincial science research items inHeilongjiang Province will promote and employ in more than colleges and universities andscientific research institutes in the Heilongjiang province and has achieved good results untilnow. The project integrated the processes of the sciences research items network Managementin our province from the innovative perspective and realized the network management of thescience research items in the real sense.
