【摘要】 目前我国社会经济发展步入新阶段,随着城乡居民收入增加及生活改善,产生了对旅游的需求。依托历史文化遗产、地方文化、特色资源及风景名胜资源发展休闲度假、观光游览及传播文化等功能,是城镇发展的重要实践,典型的案例有大理、和顺、周庄、乌镇、武夷山及九寨沟等。这类城镇实践,极大地促进城乡统筹协调、加大城镇基础设施投入力度、优化城乡居民物质文化结构、符合当地居民就业意志并增加收入及丰富了弘扬中华文化形式。在2006年的“全国旅游城镇发展工作会议”上,引起各方关注的是建设部部长汪光焘强调的,各地要加强引导创新机制,遵循客观规律,目的是使旅游与城镇发展协调。理论研究小城镇成果已经很多,而缺乏系统地研究。作为跨领域的交叉学科研究,本论文注意将实例与理论相结合,通过对相关资料的收集、阅读、选择、考证、整理、归类、分析,为以后的深入研究提供系统资料。本论文主要通过五个章节论述：第一章是本论文的研究背景、目的、意义及项目来源。对中国所处工业化阶段做出分析,结合广东省城镇发展及韶关旅游发展的实际提出研究目的和意义。梳理了小城镇、旅游小城镇概念及旅游小城镇的分类,总结国内外旅游小城镇研究及发展,对本论文的基本思路、研究方法及技术路线作说明。第二章是国内外旅游小城镇建设经验综述。在分别对国内外政策描述及分析前提上,国外部分列举了美国、法国、荷兰及欧盟等国家和地区经验,国内以湖北省三斗坪镇为例,描述旅游小城镇发展及建设经历,并吸取其中经验。第三章是对小坑镇规划设计实践分析研究。从政策环境、区位条件、自然条件、旅游发展问题解读及资源评价各层次探索小坑镇发展思路,进而梳理出小坑镇规划设计方案。第四章是旅游小城镇规划设计方法总结。从分析旅游小城镇规划设计基本原则出发,提出了资源评价方法、旅游小城镇定位及规划设计具体内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our social and economic development has entered a new stage, with the increase in urban and rural incomes and improve the quality of life, the demand for travel. Relying on the historical and cultural heritage, local culture, features, resources and scenic resources development and leisure, sightseeing and dissemination of cultural and other functions, is the important practice of urban development, the typical case in Dali, Hwasun, Zhouzhuang, Wuzhen, Wuyi Mountain and Jiuzhaigou. The practice of such cities and towns, greatly promoted the co-ordination in urban and rural areas, increase the input of urban infrastructure, optimize the structure of urban and rural residents’ material and cultural, in line with the employment of local residents will to increase revenue and enriched the promotion of Chinese cultural forms. In2006, a tourist town development conference", causing concern is emphasized by the Minister of Construction WangGuang Tao, localities should strengthen guidance innovative mechanisms to follow the objective law, tourism and urban development coordination.According to the analysis, theoretical research has been a lot of small towns results, and the lack of systematic study. As cross-cutting interdisciplinary research, the papers pay attention to the combination of examples and theory, through the collection of information, reading, selection, research, organize, classify, analyze, and provide system data for future in-depth study. This paper mainly discusses five chapters:The first chapter is the research background, purpose, significance, and project sources. An analysis of China in which the stage of industrialization, combined with the actual proposal to examine the purpose and significance of the urban development of Guangdong Province and Shaoguan Tourism. Regional comparative advantage, experience and economic theory point of view analysis.Combing a small town, tourism, the concept of small towns and tourist towns., Summed up the domestic and foreign tourist towns of research and development, the basic idea of this paper, research methods and technology roadmap for illustration.The second chapter is the analysis of domestic and international travel experience in urban construction. On the premise of description and analysis of domestic and foreign policy, foreign part cited the experience of the United States, France, the Netherlands and the European Union and other countries and regions, the domestic three-Doo Town of Hubei Province, for example, describes the experience of development and construction of the tourist towns, and absorb the experience.The third chapter is the analysis of small Kengzhen planning and design practice. Explore small Kengzhen development ideas from all levels of the policy environment, location, natural conditions, the development of tourism, interpretation and resource evaluation, and then to tease out the the small Kengzhen planning and design program.The fourth chapter is the small tourist town planning design method.
