【摘要】 随着区域经济一体化的发展,迫切需要在区域经济一体化的视角下,对区域现代物流业发展进行规划。物流园区是区域物流发展最重要的基础设施,其区域整体布局规划水平直接影响区域现代物流及区域经济的发展。物流园区的规划建设在我国已有十几年的历史,尤其是长三角、珠三角等发展迅速的区域已成功建设并运营了多个服务于区域经济发展的物流园区。但是随着区域经济一体化的发展,这些区域物流园区的布局规划出现了各种各样的问题。在此背景下,本文从区域一体化的角度开展区域物流园区布局规划的评价研究,以期为区域物流园区一体化布局规划及区域物流一体化规划提供有益的指导参考。本文的研究内容主要有以下方面：(1)分析了区域物流园区布局规划的内涵、构成要素及其影响因素,构建了区域物流园区布局规划的评价体系,包括评价指标的设计、量化方法及评价模型选择。(2)运用该评价体系对深莞惠区域物流园区布局规划进行评价。首先对深圳、东莞、惠州三市的物流园区目前布局规划水平进行评价,得到了符合实际情况的三市物流园区布局规划水平的量化排序结果,验证了评价体系的有效性。然后,针对深莞惠区域物流园区布局规划存在的问题进行区域物流园区布局规划优化调整,再次运用该评价体系对新的布局规划方案与原布局规划进行量化评价比较,结果表明新布局规划明显优于原布局规划。本文对区域物流园区布局规划进行了评价研究,指标体系及评价方法均有待完善,区域物流园区布局规划的有关问题有待更为深入的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of regional economic integration, regional integration of the modern logistics industry is urgently requested as an important support and indemnity of regional economic. The logistics parks are the most important infrastructure in regional logistics development, whose overall layout planning level reflects the degree of regional modern logistics and regional economic development. In China, Logistics parks has been planned and constructed for more than ten years, especially in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, which are more developed region and a number of logistics parks has been successfully constructed and operated in. But with the development of regional economic integration, the layout planning of logistics parks in these regions has a variety of problems. In the above context, this article researches the evaluation of the layout planning of logistics parks in a region from the perspective of regional integration, in order to provide useful guidance and reference for the integration of logistics parks’ layout planning and regional logistics.Contents researched in this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1) Analyze the connotation, elements and influencing factors in layout planning of regional logistics parks, and build the evaluation system for the layout planning of regional logistics parks, including the evaluation’s designing, quantitative methods and selection of evaluation model.(2) Application of the evaluation system on the layout planning of logistics parks in ShenGuanHui region. First, evaluate the layout planning of logistics parks in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, and obtain the realistic sort results, which verifies the validity of the evaluation system. Second, optimize and adjust the layout planning of logistics parks in ShenGuanHui region against the existing problems. Apply the evaluation system on the new layout planning program and the original, the results show that the new layout planning of logistics parks in ShenGuanHui region is superior to the original.The paper researches the evaluation of the layout planning of regional logistics parks, the evaluation index system and evaluation method need to be improved and the layout planning of regional logistics parks also needs to be more in-depth studied.更多还原
