基于人力资本的社会阶层收入差距研究

【摘要】 我国社会阶层结构问题已成为影响社会和谐和经济可持续发展的战略问题。众多学者利用经济学、人口学、社会学等理论,结合我国实际,分别从不同的方面对我国社会分层问题进行了深入的研究。而人力资本作为社会发展的重要生产要素之一,在社会分层结构的形成与变化过程中起到了关键的作用,但专门从人力资本角度来研究我国社会阶层收入差距的研究尚处于初级阶段。本文试图从人力资本角度出发,结合目前已有的部分研究成果,通过实证分析研究探讨人力资本对我国社会阶层收入差距影响的作用机理,影响的途径及方式。在通过实证分析探讨人力资本与社会阶层收入差距形成的相互关系时,发现在不同阶层,教育程度与工作经验对其收入差距的影响程度不同。在此基础上,结合我国实际情况,从宏观层面上,提出若干措施,以期缩小我国社会阶层收入差距。

【Abstract】 The social class structure in China has become the strategic issues that affect social harmony and economic sustainable development. Many scholars use the theory of economics, demography, and sociology, combined with the reality of our country and conducted in-depth research from different aspects of social stratification in China. Human capital as one of the important factors of production in social development played a key role in the formation and change of the social hierarchy, but study the income gap of China’s social class from the perspective of human capital specifically is still in its infancy. This paper attempts starting from the perspective of human capital, combined with the already existing part of the research results, through empirical analysis to investigate the mechanism of the way and manner which the income gap of China’s social class affected by human capital. When empirical analysis to explore the relationship between human capital and social sectors of the income gap, we found in different class, education level and work experience affect the degree of income disparity. On this basis and combined with China’s actual situation, we made a number of measures from a macro level to narrow the income gap of China’s social class.
