基于随机提前期条件下易变质品的库存模型研究

【摘要】 社会生活中存在着大量的易发生变质的物品,此类物品时的订货提前期又有很强的随机性,这要求企业需根据物品的属性以及提前期的随机性采用较为合理的库存管理策略,尽量降低物品变质造成的损失,达到总成本和效益之间的最优结合。因此随机提前期下易变质性物品的库存模型研究,有着重要的现实价值和理论意义。论文回顾了提前期库存模型和易变质品库存模型的发展现状和发展趋势,简要评述了库存管理、提前期和易变质品的相关理论和基础知识,重点阐述了再订货点的确定、提前期的概率分布情况和易变质品的变质率等相关内容。首先从需求率为常数、提前期服从某一分布函数且允许缺货角度,以非变质品为研究对象,系统分析提前期为一定概率分布下的各项成本,建立了随机提前期库存模型,并详细阐述了模型最优解证明过程和求解算法。然后以易变质品为研究对象,充分考虑物品的变质和提前期的随机分布所带来的每项成本,建立了随机提前期易变质品库存模型,并严密证明了模型存在最优解且给出了最优解求解算法。同时重视模型的应用,利用实例对两个模型分别进行了实证分析,得到了最优订货批量和最小库存成本,同时对主要参数进行了详细的灵敏度分析。
【Abstract】 There is a large number of deteriorate goods, whose lead time has the very strong randomness, which requires that enterprises need to use more reasonable inventory management strategy according to the object properties and the randomness of lead time, to reduce the loss from deterioration, and then get the optimal combination between total costs and benefits. Therefore, the study on inventory model for deteriorating items with stochastic lead time has important practical value and theoretical significance.Reviewing the inventory model with stochastic lead time and deteriorating items, this paper simply introduces the related theory and basic knowledge of inventory management, lead time and perishable products, elaborates the determination of reorder point, probability distribution of lead-time and deterioration rate of deteriorating items and other related content.The paper establishes stochastic lead time inventory model for non deteriorating items with fixed demand, lead time obeys a certain distribution function and shortage allowed, all the costs of system are analyzed and the existence and solving of optimal solution is given. Then the paper establishes stochastic lead time inventory model for deteriorating items, it also proves the existence of optimal solution and gives solution algorithm of the optimal solution.It’s also attaches importance to the application of the model, gives empirical analysis for the two models respectively, then obtains optimal order quantity and the minimum inventory cost. At the same time, it analyses the sensitivity of the main parameters in detail.
