【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的加速发展,企业间的竞争越来越激烈。企业单纯的依靠自身的生产力满足市场的需要,需要借助于上下游企业间的协作。因此越来越多的企业认识到供应链管理的重要性,而将供应链管理提高到企业战略的高度。在此背景下,笔者作为Assa Abloy保安系统有限公司物流部的一名员工,利用所学的供应链管理的理论及方法对Assa Abloy保安系统有限公司的供应链管理进行深入的分析,借此希望大家了解Assa Abloy保安系统有限公司的供应链运作流程,找出其在运营过程中需要改进的地方,同时希望中国本土生产企业能够学习Assa Abloy保安系统有限公司先进的供应链管理经验,通过改进供应链管理,降低成本,提高其在国际市场的竞争力。本文共分为五部分：第一部分为绪论,主要介绍选题背景及研究方法。第二部分阐述供应链管理的相关理论综述,主要介绍供应链及供应链管理相关概念目标及实施的意义,为后续研究提供理论依据。第三部分是本文的重点,具体分析Assa Abloy保安系统有限公司供应链管理的现状及问题。第四部分提出供应链管理改进方案,并提出Assa Abloy保安系统有限公司供应链管理的借鉴意义。第五部分是结论更多还原

【Abstract】 Market competition is becoming more and more intense at home and abroad with the acceleration of economic globalization. And it is hard for one enterprise to meet the demand of the whole market through its own productivity improvement. To win the battle, enterprises have to invest vast resources on new technology and strategy. Thus they have lowered the cost and participated in competition from different markets in a more favorable manner.Due to this,a number of enterprises get their management improved,and supply chain management is attracting more and more attention. According to the background above,as an employee in Assa Abloy, I want to make a deep analysis of the supply chain management in Assa Abloy, taking the advantage of the theories learned.The thesis aims at making an introduction of the supply chain management in Assa Abloy and picking out the problems where we may try some improvement. We also hope the Chinese native enterprises will find something helpful in Assa Abloy’s advanced supply chain management experience,and improve their own ability through establishing a suitable supply chain management and operation mode.There are five parts of this thesis. Firstly, it tells the background and the method used in the article. Secondly, it provides the ideas and theories in supply chain management, and this is where our further study based on. Thirdly, we make a detailed analysis of the present situation and problems in Assa Abloy’s supply chain management. It is the most important part of this thesis. And the forth part deals with the solution to the problems. At last,we draw the conclusion,which may provide some guidance for manufacturing enterprises in China.更多还原
