郴州铁通新一代NGN网络方案设计与工程实践

【摘要】 郴州铁通互联网及语音网络经过长期的发展,网络问题逐渐显现,网络改造势在必行。随着目前光进铜退建设的进展,PSTN网络的网络改造及优化,软交换的及时引入,通讯网络宽带化以及多媒体化,传统网络和移动3G融合。郴州铁通互联网及PSTN网为适应市场发展需要,以及提升在未来竞争中的优势,必定走上网络改造优化的道路。本文首先指出郴州铁通网络目前所面临的困境及网络发展的趋势。再从现有运营商使用的网络技术谈起,然后展望运营商未来的网络技术,例如:NGN技术、EPON技术及GPON技术。对NGN技术、EPON技术、GPON技术进行深入探讨。其中涉及软交换的概念,对软交换的体系结构、基本要素、软交换使用的协议、软交换设计原理及实现目标、软交换的优势等方面进行了进一步的论述。同时对软交换与NGN的关系进行了深入的研究,最终得出软交换的完整概念及软交换与NGN的区别所在。紧接着本文对PON的相关技术进行了研究,其中包括PON技术的原理、PON技术的发展趋势。对下一代的PON技术走向指明了五种方向。总之,软交换、NGN、PON技术都是新一代网络的核心技术。本文进行了较为详细的论述,为日后郴州铁通新一代网络发展奠定技术理论基础,同时为将来网络的正常维护保驾护航。论文的关键部份在第三部分,即郴州铁通网络方案总体设计。该部分首先对郴州铁通网络进行需求分析,提出设计原则;然后给出NGN建设总体思路。提出端局网络建设基本方案,并给出端局网络组网拓扑图,此阶段关键技术在于把软交换置于端局位置。端局网络基本方案后,提出核心网建设总方案。核心网阶段SS直接通过MAP访问SHLR,软交换域用户(窄带语音用户+多媒体终端用户)由SS负责呼叫控制和智能业务触发,综合汇接局负责所辖PSTN用户的呼叫控制和智能业务触发,从而进入对等网阶段,该阶段可以作为郴州铁通未来的网络架构目标。郴州铁通下一代网络建成后,网络的演进本文也给出了明确的方向。随着PSTN交换机的不断老化,原有的PSTN用户也将随之不断向NGN域进行迁移,此时可以一次性将PSTN用户迁移至SS下,由SS统一完成包括PSTN用户在内的全网用户的呼叫控制、业务触发等工作。此时原有汇接局可以演变为媒体网关TG设备。总之,论文从郴州铁通网络目前的问题进行分析入手,结合下一代互联网的发展趋势。提出了郴州铁通下一代网络的建设方案,并对网络进一步提升及网络演化进行分析。同时在方案配置及网络运行监控等方面给出相应指导意见。此工程按本方案实施完成后,网络质量进一步提升.实现语音与互联网共平台,网络IP化,使在宽带网络上给用户提供语音、数据、视频三为一体的多媒体业务成为现实。同时为郴州铁通网络进一步向更深的网络层次发展奠定坚实的基础,逐步实现网络全IP化,网络合一化。

【Abstract】 After the long-term development through Internet and voice network in ChenZhou TieTong, more and more network problems gradually appeared, so network improvement becomes very urgent. Also because current construction needs of optical fiber into and the Copper out, PSTN network’s optimization, timely using the software exchange, communication networks becoming bandwidth and multimedia, and integration of the traditional internets and mobile 3G. In order to meet market development’s requirement and enhance the advantages of competition in the future, ChenZhou TieTong’s Internet and PSTN definitely have to run onto the road of network transformation optimization.This paper points out that the chenzhou tietong network at present the difficulties and the trend of the development of the network. Again from existing operators used network technology is mentioned, and looking to the future of the network technology operators, such as:NGN technology, EPON technology and GPON technology. For NGN technology, EPON technology, GPON technology are discussed. Including the concept of the soft exchange, the soft exchange system structure, basic elements, the soft exchange use the soft exchange agreement, the design principle and achieve the goal, the advantages of the soft exchange the further discussed. At the same time the soft exchange and NGN of the relationship of in-depth research, eventually got the integrity of the soft exchange concept and in the soft exchange and NGN difference lies. Then this paper the PON relevant technology research, including PON technology, the principle of the PON technology development trend. On the next generation PON technology to indicate the five direction. In short, the soft exchange, NGN, PON technology is a new generation of Internet core technology. This paper are described in detail in the future chenzhou tietong a new generation network technology development lays theoretical foundation, at the same time for the future of the network to escort normal maintenance.The key to paper department in part 3, namely chenzhou tietong network overall design scheme. The first part of chenzhou tietong network needs analysis, presents the design principles; Then give NGN construction general thought. The network construction bureau put forward the basic program, and gives the network topology network bureau, this stage key technology is placed in the soft exchange bureau of the position. Bureau of the basic network plan, propose core network construction total solution. Core nets stage SS directly through access SHLR MAP, the soft exchange domain users (narrowband speech user+multimedia terminal user) by SS responsible for call control and intelligent business trigger, comprehensive and consequently bureau is responsible for the PSTN users call control and intelligent business trigger, to the equivalence nets stage, this phase can be used as the future of the network architecture chenzhou tietong goal. Chenzhou tietong next generation network is completed, the evolution of the network is also given in this paper clear direction. With an ageing PSTN switch, the original PSTN users will then constantly moved to NGN domain, this time can be one-time PSTN user moving to SS, the SS united complete including PSTN users, the entire network users call control, business trigger, etc. At this time the original bureau can consequently the evolution of the media gateway TG equipment.In a word,this paper analysis the problems which existed in Chenzhou TieTong network, than combines with the development trend of next generation networks. Finally, this paper proposed a new construction plan, which can be used for next generation network construction in Chenzhou TieTong. This new plan further enhanced the network and analysis the network evolution. At the same time, this paper gives proper recommendations in the plan configuration and network performance monitoring.If one project implements this plan, this project’s network quality will be further improved. And the voice and the Internet can share the same platform, network has common IP. It can provide users of one multimedia service which integrates voice, data and video. This plan also lays a solid foundation to develop Chenzhou TieTong network to a deeper level, gradually achieves full network has common IP, and integrates network
