【摘要】 项目管理理论近年来发展较快,大部分企业成功引入项目管理模式,提升了企业管理水平。工程项目的建设是一个复杂、庞大的系统工程,影响工程进度的因素贯穿于整个施工过程。在工程项目管理中,质量管理、进度管理及费用管理是整个工程项目管理的核心部分,如何平衡三者之间的关系,是解决应对突发事件的关键。对于与奥组委签约合作的电信网络运营商来说,奥运场馆通信配套建设既是作为奥运合作伙伴的通信保障内容之一,也是提升并树立公司品牌形象的重要项目。在此类重大项目中,质量管理与进度管理往往是绝对要确保的,因此加大资源投入或集中优势资源,就是确保此类工程顺利完成的主要措施之一。本文以国家体育场无线室内多网覆盖工程作为案例,在项目制定进度计划时,放弃惯用的甘特图表示方式,采用箭线图法制成阶段项目活动顺序网络图。同时采用计划评审技术(PERT),通过监理单位及施工单位多年同类工程的工程经验,估算出阶段项目各活动的期望工期,再据此推断出给阶段项目的关键路径,最后通过关键路径计算出该阶段总的期望工期。当出现影响工期的因素时,在关键路径的活动上采取加大资源投入或加大资源配比、优化资源配置都会起到很好的效果。随着我国大运会、世博会等大型活动的不断举行,活动场馆的通信配套建设任务也逐渐增多。本文采用的案例具有很大的代表性,对今后同类工程项目进度管理的方式方法运用上可以起到一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Project management theory developed rapidly in recent years, most of the successful introduction of project management, business model, enhance the enterprise management level. Construction of the project is a complex, huge project, the factors that affect the progress of the project throughout the construction process. In project management, quality management, schedule management and cost management is the core of project management, how to balance the relationship between the three is the key solution to deal with emergencies.BOCOG signed for cooperation with the telecommunications network operators, supporting the construction of Olympic venues, both as a communication partner of the Olympic Games to protect the contents of communications, but also enhance the company’s brand image and establish an important project.
