【摘要】 2009年初,我国发放了第三代移动通信(3G)牌照。中国电信获得基于CDMA2000技术制式的3G业务经营许可。中国电信在政府有关部门的指导支持下,坚定信心,迎难而上,全心全意、千方百计发展CDMA,全面开展CDMA建设工作,为实现CDMA商业运营成功打下了坚实基础。本文的研究工作以安徽CDMA无线网络规划项目为背景,对CDMA系统的发展、构成、无线网络规划原则和无线网络规划的实际应用进行了深入的研究。本文首先介绍了CDMA的相关技术特点及CDMA网络规划的概述,对安徽省地区CDMA网络现状进行了小结,对后期的市场需求及用户进行了预测,明确了安徽CDMA无线网络网络发展策略和目标,网络规划目标及频率规划,重点在安徽省地区CDMA系统2G和3G网络规划和工程建设方案。最后通过DT/CQT测试对整个项目实施铜陵地市方案的覆盖率、接通率、掉话率、MOS语音质量、EVDO测试情况、高速公路测试情况加以验证,规划方案的网络质量可以达到实际需要。本次研究在CDMA无线网络规划的技术和应用方面得出了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the early 2009, The licenses for the 3rd mobile telecommunication distributed by the government. China Telecom has awarded the 3G standard CDMA2000 technology-based business license. China Telecom has a great determination to develop CDMA under the instruction of related faculties in order to construct a strong base for the commercial processing for CDMA.The dissertation is based on the CDMA wireless network planning projects in AnHui province. It has deeply studied on the composition and development of CDMA systems, the regulations of wireless network planning and the implementation of CDMA in AnHui province. Firstly, introduces the features and technologies of CDMA and CDMA network planning overview, summary of anhui area CDMA network status, the latter part of the market demand and customers were predicted clear Anhui CDMA wireless network network development strategy and objectives. The network planning objectives and frequency planning.The key areas in anhui province in CDMA system 2 G and 3 G network planning and engineering construction plan. Finally through the DT/CQT testing to the project implementation scheme of tongling city coverage, connection rate, and the sound quality, MOS optimization,some approach EVDO test, highway tests to validate and plan of the network quality can reach the actual needs.
