基于WEB的销售合同管理系统研究

【摘要】 销售合同是制造企业重要的生产信息,其内容既包括用户要求的属性、规格和交货时间,也包括企业制定与执行生产计划过程中涉及的信息,是连接制造企业和用户的纽带。目前制造业企业的合同管理主要分为两种,一种是在ERP系统中完成合同的管理。另一种是是独立的管理系统,这二种方式均有信息记录不完全,与其他系统集成不彻底、分析能力弱等缺点,不利于企业的信息化建设,也严重的影响到企业对市场的反应速度和市场竞争能力,对于规模巨大、产品复杂的大型制造业企业来说,体现得尤为明显。本文在研究了合同管理信息流的基础上,设计一个信息完整的合同管理信息系统的框架,并开发了相应的系统。首先对上海建工路桥公司的销售合同业务流程进行详细的分析,分析了其中的不足和局限性,给出本文所研究的销售合同系统体系结构和系统的特点,之后对和合同管理的合同的集中管理、合同变更及发货管理、访问控制管理等主要功能模块进行流程分析与设计。本文详细论述了在J2EE体系下面向对象技术的基于Web的合同管理系统开发设计,系统前端采用三层B/S结构,JSP与SERVLET混合的开发模式,后台采用Hibernate连接SQLSERVER 2000数据库,实现了合同输入、财务审核、工作令报表生成等功能。另外还对生成报表的下载功能做了详细分析,并对其组件进行了改进,以满足企业的定制要求。最后对应用系统配置做了详细探讨。本文的研究为企业进一步实现全面的信息化打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sales contract is the important production information of manufacturing firm, it includes the attribute of the user request, specification and delivery time and the information which enterprise formulation and in the execution productive plan process involves. Manufacturing industry enterprise’s contract management includes management completed in ERP system and independent management system. The two kinds of systems have some Weaknesses such as incomplete information record, not thorough integrations with other systems and weak analysis ability. It is disadvantageous to enterprise’s informationization construction and influences seriously on enterprise market reaction rate and market competition ability, which is more obvious to the large-scale manufacturing companies that have complex products than others.Based on the flow of information, this paper study of contract management, designs information the complete contract management information system framework, and develops the corresponding system. Firstly, this paper studies Shanghai construction luqiao company’s sales contract business process in detailed and analysis of the shortage and limitations.Then it research sales contract system structure and the characteristics of the system, and the management of the contract after the concentration of contract management, contract management, change and shipping access control management, the main functional modules process analysis and design. This paper discusses on J2EE system based on Web of object-oriented technology of the contract management system development and design, system using the three front of B/S structure, the JSP and the development of the mixed mode, SERVLET background Hibernate the SQL SERVER 2000 database connection, realize the input, financial audit contract work order, and report generation etc. Function. In addition to generate reports download function has made the detailed analysis, and its component is improved, and to satisfy the business enterprise custom requirements.
