【摘要】 物流的概念虽然在70年代才从美国和日本传入我国。但我国在加入WTO之后,国家、地方政府以及工商业界,已经把物流作为提高竞争力的重要手段。未来几年,仓储业将会随着物流行业的整体发展而进一步提升。从长期来看,第三方仓储因有众多的优点,而会成为市场主体。湘运物流有限公司业务涉及公路、铁路货物运输,仓储配送,和基于互联网的信息服务等,公司的新建仓储基地项目地处长沙市经济开发区金霞组团内,新港大道以西、湘江以东,现有物流业务中仓储配送是该公司的服务强项,但其现有仓库远远无法满足业务增长的需求。在经济开发区增建仓储中心正是为满足业务发展的需要,是为客户提供高效的一体化物流服务,协助客户提升业务扩张能力的重要措施,是企业长远发展的需要。本论文对湘运物流有限公司的仓储基地项目的可行性进行探讨。在对长沙市物流现状、湘运物流有限公司现状进行调查的基础上,对长沙市区域经济及物流发展情况及市区经济发展与物流产业发展等进行分析,分析区域经济发展给第三方物流带来的发展机遇,并结合对湘运物流有限公司的所处发展阶段、竞争环境、物流需求等因素的分析,主要从项目的技术上看,仓储功能设计成熟合理,有储存、包装、加工、运输、装卸搬运、拣货、信息处理等等功能上的考虑;从项目的成本投入看,仓储项目成本主要表面在管理费、修理费用、水电支出费用及固定资产折旧等;从项目的预期经济收益看,仓储项目的收益主要表现在货物中转运输、堆场及仓库储存等各个方面;最后该项目在功能上完善了湘运物流公司自身的配套建设,优化了资源配置,减轻部分交通压力,加速长沙市经济开发区的形成,其社会效益显著。由此得出湘运物流基地项目是可行性的。本论文研究的案例及结论对相关的仓储项目的建设具有积极的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the concept of logistics began to come into China from the United States and Japan in the 70’s, China had already used logistics as an important com-peting tool in the State, local government, as well as business and industry area, after joining in the WTO. In the next few years, with the overall development of the logis-tics industry, the storage industry will be further improved, demand for third-party warehousing is expected to increase, and modernization process of storage will greatly speed up. In the long term, third-party storage will become the main part in the market for its various advantages.Xiang Yun Logistics Co., Ltd. involves in highway, railway cargo transportation, warehousing distribution, and Internet-based information services; the company’s new project of Warehousing Base is located in Changsha Economic Development Zone Jinxia area, which is to the west of XinGang Avenue, and the east of Xiangjiang River. Storage and distribution business are the main strengths of this company, however its existing warehouses are far from meeting the growing demand. To build central warehouses in the Economic Development Zone is just the way to meet the needs of business development, to provide clients with integrated and efficient logistics ser-vices, and also it is an important measure to help clients enhance their capacity ex-pansion. For the enterprise, it is the key step for a long-term development.This paper explores the feasibility of the Warehousing Base Project of Xiangyun Logistics Co., Ltd. Based on the investigation on the current situation of Changsha logistics market, and the operation situation of Xiangyun Logistics Co., Ltd., the pa-per analyzes the development status of Changsha regional economies, urban economy and logistics industry. It is stated in the paper that the development of regional economies will bring more opportunities for third-party logistics. Combining the analysis on the development stage, competitive environment, logistics demanding and other factors of Xiangyun Logistics Co., Ltd., the paper explains the feasibility from four points. 1. From the technical point of view, the functionality design of the ware-house is mature and reasonable. It covers the consideration to storage, packaging, processing, transportation, loading and unloading, picking, and information process-ing, and so on. 2. The cost of storage project occurs mainly in the overhead expenses, maintenance expenses, water and electricity fees and depreciation of fixed assets. 3. Considering the prospective return, the profitability of storage project will mainly shows in the aspects of transshipment of goods, storage yards and warehouses, etc. 4. This project will functionally improve the supporting facilities of Xiangyun, optimize the allocation of resources, alleviate the traffic pressure in part, and accelerate the formation of Changsha Economic Development Zone. Its social benefits will be sig-nificant. Therefore, the Warehousing Base Project of Xiangyun Logistics Co., Ltd. is feasible.The case studies and conclusions in this paper will provide positive references to the construction of related storage projects.更多还原
