测温式光纤直流电流测量技术的研究

【摘要】 直流输电技术与传统交流输电方式相比存在许多优点,已经渐渐成为发展的新方向。随着直流输电技术的发展,直流大电流的检测也变得越来越重要。随着电网电压等级的提高和电力系统容量的扩大,传统的电磁式电流检测技术表现出越来越多的缺点,不能够满足现代电力供应的发展需求。新型的光纤电流传感器虽然有广泛的应用前景,但是目前存在的问题还比较多。全光纤型电流传感器的传感光纤固有双折射的问题难以处理。有源型光纤电流传感器在其高压侧部分要有供电电源,因此涉及到高压隔离问题。本文提出基于薄膜电阻温度调制解调的测温式光纤直流电流测量技术的方案,将薄膜技术和测温技术有机的结合起来,具有绝缘性强、抗干扰、可靠性高、成本低等优点。本文分别介绍了电热转换单元,热光转换单元的原理及设计,低压测量显示系统的设计,并搭建系统实验平台,进行实验,通过对已有薄膜传感器的研究,提出了两种新的薄膜电阻模型,并对其进行了仿真与实际性能测试,确定了一种新的薄膜电阻模型作为薄膜传感器,通过实验,验证了其可行性。最后,对新的系统的电流与荧光寿命时间常数τ值之间的关系进行标定实验,将结果存入计算机,然后通过测得的荧光寿命时间常数τ值与预先存储的标定数据表对比,实现对薄膜电阻两端的直流信号
【Abstract】 HVDC has more advantages than HVAC, so it has become the focus of the development. With the development of HVDC, the technology of DC current measurement also becomes more and more important. With the increasing of voltage network level and the expansion of power system capacity, the traditional transformer shows more and more shortcomings, which can not meet the development needs of modern power supply. Although it has broad prospects, new type of optical fiber current sensor has many problems. The inherent birefringence problem of optical fiber in the all fiber current sensor is difficult to deal with. There will be the isolation problem because active fiber current sensors need the power supply part in the high voltage side.In this paper, the project of DC current measurement technology based on the thin film sensors is proposed, which combine the thin film sensing technology and the temperature measurement technology. So it has many advantages such as high insulating property, anti-interference, reliability and low cost and so on.In this paper principles and designs of electric-heating converter, heating-light converter and design of low-voltage measurement display system are introduced in detail. Then the experimental platform of this system is set to experiment. Two new proposes of thin file resistor are designed through the research of the existing thin film sensor, and one of them is determined by the analyses of the simulation and actual performance tests. Through the experiments, its feasibility is verified. Then, the relationship between the current and the time constant of fluorescent lifetimeτis input into the computer throw the calibration experiment of them. Finally, comparing the value of the time constant with the data comparison sheet, the current throw the thin film resistor can be Real-Time Detected and displayed.
