润城东方房地产项目风险管理研究

【摘要】 房地产业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱性产业之一。房地产开发过程中伴随着各种各样的风险。本文以连云港润城东方房地产开发项目为背景,对该项目风险管理问题进行了分析和研究。在简要阐述了选题背景和选题意义等问题后,本文就房地产开发项目风险管理问题的相关研究现状进行了梳理、归纳和综述；接着,介绍了房地产项目风险管理的相关理论；然后,以润城东方房地产开发项目为研究对象,运用项目风险管理理论,结合定性和定量分析方法,对该项目进行了风险识别、风险评估、风险应对与监控等方面的探究。本文的研究成果对国内房地产项目风险管理有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Real estate industry is an important pillar of China’s national economic development. There’re a variety of risks in the process of real estate development. In this paper, the real estate development projects named Runchengdongfang in Lianyungang City will be taken as a background, and the risk management of this project will be analysised and researched.After a brief description of the background and significance of this topic, a literature review and summarize on the issues of risk management will be made. Then based on the theories about risk management of real estate development introduced before, I made a research on risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and other aspects of the project by using qualitative and empirical analysis. This research will have a certain reference value on project risk management of the domestic real estate.更多还原
