【摘要】 高校体育社团建设是高校体育工作的重要组成部分,也是阳光体育运动开展的重要形式。在美国、日本等国家,高校体育社团作为非政府组织为国家培养高水平运动员,教育教化在校大学生。国内高校体育社团的发展程度和组织管理水平与美、日两国存在不小的差距。“以评促建”是我国教育教学评价的重要指导思想,高校体育社团的社会评价是考察和评定高校体育社团的社会价值,判断其对社会的作用,以及这种作用程度的过程。对高校体育社团的社会评价的目的、评价原则以及评价方法进行研究,对丰富评价理论和体育评价理论有着较重要的参考价值,对丰富我国的社团及体育社团建设理论有一定的借鉴意义。本研究通过文献资料法、专家问卷调查法、数理统计法、演绎与归纳等方法对高校体育社团社会评价的特点、内容、原则和指标体系进行了研究并得出以下结论：1高校体育社团社会评价具有以下特点：高校体育社团社会评价必须有评价的目标和标准；高校体育社团社会评价注重高校及社会因素的人文分析；高校体育社团社会评价具体指标较为缺乏；高校体育社团社会评价必须以一定的事实判断为前提；高校体育社团社会评价过程会受到众多因素的干扰。2高校体育社团社会评价要遵循以下原则：以人为本的原则；质性与量化相结合原则；发展性与科学性相结合原则；主体性与客观性相结合原则；整体性与可比性相结合原则。3高校体育社团社会评价内容应包括社团发展、经费来源、会员满足程度、社会影响、社团管理等5个要素,经专家调查得出5个要素能涵盖高校体育社团社会评价的内容,专家认为这5个要素的重要性排序应为社会影响要素,社团发展要素,满意度要素,经费来源要素,社团管理要素。笔者还把这5个要素分解形成了27个指标,并请专家对每个要素下属的指标重要性进行了排序,形成了高校体育社团社会评价的指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 College sports college sports community building is an important part of the work is carried out in the sun important form of sport. In the U.S., Japan and other countries, college sports associations for the country as a non-governmental organizations to develop high-level athletes, college students in educational enlightenment. National college sports community development and organization management level with the United States and Japan there is not a small gap. "To assess and promote the construction" is an important evaluation of our teaching guidelines, college sports community social assessment is to examine and assess the social value of college sports associations to determine their role in society and the extent of this role in the process, the university sports community social purpose of the evaluation, the evaluation principles and methods of evaluation theory and evaluation of the rich theory of physical evaluation reference value, enrich our societies and sports associations building theory theory reference. In this study, literature, expert questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, deductive and inductive methods such as evaluation of the characteristics of college sports community, content, principles and indicators for the study reached the following conclusions:1 college sports community social assessment has the following characteristics:college sports associations must have a social evaluation objectives and evaluation criteria; college sports community colleges focus on social assessment and social factors in the human analysis; college sports community is more a lack of specific indicators of social evaluation; college sports community social assessment must be based on certain facts before the judge as; school sports associations to improve the social assessment process will be the interference of many factors.2 college sports community social assessment should follow the following principles:the principle of people-oriented; combination of qualitative and quantitative principles; development and scientific principles; subjectivity and objectivity; integrity and the principle of comparability.3 college sports community social evaluation should include community development, funding, member satisfaction, social impact, community management of five elements, the expert surveys five elements to cover college sports community social evaluation, and experts believe that this five elements in order of importance should be the elements of social impact, community development elements, satisfaction elements, elements of the source of funding, community association management elements. I also break down these five elements form the 27 indicators, and invited experts on the importance of the indicators under each factor to the sort, the formation of the college sports community social evaluation index system.更多还原
