【摘要】 施工企业利润的产生和实现体现了一个企业的核心竞争力。核心竞争力是一种整合能力,这种整合一方面是指企业经营体制与市场运行机制的整合,一方面是指产品功能与用户需求的整合。面对日益复杂、快速变化的环境,企业在全球竞争中能否获得持续竞争优势,关键在于有效的技术创新,建立和培育企业核心竞争力,用不断更新的差异化产品来满足顾客的需求,不断为顾客带来差异化产品。论文首先对电网施工企业全过程成本的控制工作进行了研究,提出了一套指导施工项目成本控制的具体方法,能够定性、定量地对工程项目的管理工作进行评价。然后以结合H公司的实际项目为例进行研究,提出了一套成本控制的模式。最后通过实施动态控制,为工程项目成本控制和现场实际成本控制提供了一套科学的管理方法。本课题拟借鉴了国际上发达国家在制定公司战略时所采用的通行框架,同时根据我国的国情和H电建集团的实际情况作了适当的调整,从战略定位、战略选择和战略实施的角度对H电建集团的产业战略规划与控制进行了研究。回答企业目前所面临的困惑,理清发展思路,解决发展难题,度身定制H电建集团公司的发展战略方案,并提出战略实施过程中应注意的问题,提高战略目标实现的可靠性,为H电建集团谋划新一轮的发展战略提供分析依据和决策参考。更多还原

And through the implementation of dynamic control for project cost control and on-site control of the actual cost of providing a scientific management approach.Therefore, this project intends to draw on the company’s international strategy in developing countries adopted common framework, but also with China’s national conditions and H Electric Power Construction Company of the actual situation has made appropriate adjustments, from strategic positioning, strategic choice and strategy implementation H-building point of view of the company’s strategic planning and control of industrial research.
