【摘要】 住区是城市重要的空间要素,是人类居住的主要物质载体。改革开放以来,在城市住房制度改革、产业结构调整、空间扩展等因素的共同作用下,住区已不再是简单的物质空间的概念,而是社会空间与物质空间的复合体,是一种动态实体。在不同时期,不同经济发展阶段住区设计和建造的形态和方式必然受到当时社会、经济和文化背景的影响。本论文在常山县县城城区范围内选择渡口、城南、东苑和香樟四个建成于不同年代,服务不同人群的典型住区作为研究对象,通过实地的调查,资料收集、满意度的问卷和重点访谈收集一手资料。从区位、设计理念、空间组织、道路交通、绿地景观、设施配套和住区管理7个方向入手,对常山县城不同类型住区的演变过程及特点进行总结,从居住环境、公共空间、出行及停车环境,住房状况和配套设施等方面对住区满意度进行研究,揭示分析常山县住区发展演变特点,存在问题以及影响因素,提出对今后住区建设的指导意见,并提出从旧区综合改造、新区土地出让、住区设计、配套设施建设、低碳人文技术应用等一系列对策措施,提升住区品质,建设符合现代人生活需求的新型住区。通过本次研究,重点掌握了解了常山住区演变的特点,对常山县住区的建设和发展有直接的指导意义,同时,在市民对住区品质要求日益提高的形势之下,怎样在今后的住区开发建设中,建设环境宜人、特色鲜明、配套设施完善、管理方便高效、人文气息浓郁的现代住区具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The residential area is the important space factor of city and the main material carrier of human habitation. Since the reform and opening up, residential area is no longer a simple matter concepts of space. Under the common action of city housing system reform, industrial structure adjustment, spatial expansion and other factors, residential area become the complex of social space and physical space, which is a dynamic entity. At different times and different stages of economic development, the social, economic and cultural background influences the morphology and the will of residential design and construction inevitably.This thesis selects four typical residential areas in Changshan county of Dukou, Chengnan, Dongyuan, Xiangzhang, which are build in different times and service different populations, as the research objects. The thesis collects the first hand data through field investigation, data collection, satisfaction questionnaires and focus interview. The paper summarizes different types of residential areas of settlements evolution and characteristics in Changshan county, from aspects of the area, design concept, space organization, road traffic, green landscape, facilities and residential management. From residential satisfaction research of the living environment, public space, travel and parking environment, housing conditions and supporting facil ities, the paper analysis residential area development characteristics, existing problems and influencing factors and puts forward to future residential area construction guidance. In order to improve the quality of settlements and construct new residential area with modern life demand, this thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures of the old district comprehensive transformation, new land, residential design, supporting facilities construction, low carbon culture technology.The research masters key to understand the characteristics of the evolution of residential area and provides a direct guidance of the residential area construction and development in Changshan county. In the situation of the increasing requirements of the residential qual ity, the research has a strong guiding significance in construction of a pleasant environment, distinctive features, improve the supporting facilities, convenient management and efficient, rich cultural atmosphere of the modern residential area.更多还原
