基于PCS7的聚乙烯醇生产过程DCS设计与先进控制策略实现

【摘要】 本文以年产10万吨聚乙烯醇项目为背景,根据该项目所提出的分布式控制、集中显示等功能要求,以减少能耗、降低人工劳动强度为控制目标,设计实现了一种基于西门子PCS7系统的全自动化控制系统。同时,针对聚乙烯醇生产过程中典型过程的控制问题,分别研究和采用了不同的控制策略和算法,实现不同的控制要求。首先,本文研究了电石法生产聚乙烯醇的生产原理和工艺流程;其次,设计了聚乙烯醇DCS控制系统,对该系统的硬件设备进行选型和集成,并完成了系统的冗余配置、硬件组态和软件组态、确定了上位机WinCC监控软件的画面设计;再次,针对聚乙烯醇生产精馏过程、合成中温控制中存在控制回路之间非线性、时变性、大延迟、强耦合等特点,提出了基于模型的预测控制和模糊自适应PID控制的先进控制方法,使得控制效果比普通PID控制效果更加理想。最后,针对客户需求设计开发了带有模拟量的显示和报警的电气功能块和控制面板,使得操作员操作更加简单便捷。并完成了该系统的所有网络测试、回路测试和连锁功能的调试和应用。目前,该PCS7系统已投入运行,系统的应用降低了人工劳动强度,提高了产品的质量和生产的自动化水平,并达到了节能降耗、提高生产效率的目的。
【Abstract】 This paper is based on a PVA project with an annual output of 100,000 tons. According to the project’s function requirement, distributed control, centralized display and other control methods must be applied, in order to reduce energy consumption and reduce labor intensity. For this reason, the paper proposes and implements a fully automated control system, which is based on Siemens PCS7. Mean while, the paper raises a control solution for typical production process in the PVA plant, in which different control strategies and algorithms are adopted to achieve different control requirements.First, the paper presents a comprehensive study on the principles and technics of calcium carbide PVA production; Secondly, it complete the design of the polyvinyl alcohol DCS control system, including hardware selection and integration, system redundancy, hardware configuration & software development, host computer WINCC monitoring HMI design; again, in concern with special feature of the distillation and combination process of PVA(nonlinear, time-varying, large time delay, strong coupling), we proposed a model-based advanced control method of predictive control and fuzzy adaptive PID control, to obtain far-beyond-PID effect. Finally, customer demand-focused electronic block icon and faceplate with analog display and alarm makes the operation more simple and convenient. All of the system network debug, loop test and interlocking check are successfully finished.Currently, this PCS7 system has been put into operation, the application of the system reduces the labor intensity, and improves product quality and production level of automation, finally achieves the target of energy saving and efficiency improvement.
