【摘要】 农民工是我国经济转型时期所产生的特殊概念,是我国特殊国情下所出现的特殊社会群体。他们的足迹遍及城市各个角落,为我国经济发展和社会进步做出了巨大贡献。改革开放30多年来,社会环境日新月异,农民工群体内部也发生了很大变化,出现了代际转换。许多学者对农民工代际划分问题进行相关研究,其中比较普遍的是将农民工划分为老一代农民工和新生代农民工。两代农民工的划分,凸显出农民工群体内部的差异性。本文研究的新生代农民工是指二十世纪八九十年代出生,也就是社会学所定义的“80后”和“90后”农民工,年龄通常在16到30岁之间,是从农民工中分化出来的相对独立的新群体。农民工的代际转换处于一种持续互动的状态,是一个循序渐进的过程。老一代农民工问题尚待解决,新生代农民工问题又随之而来。笔者认为,新生代农民工虽然生活在城市,但却无法享受与城市居民同等的待遇,将自己定位在城市边缘人的尴尬境地。他们想融入城市,却受到主观认知与客观实际,传统文化与思想观念的束缚,从而产生心态失衡及思想问题。因此,我们应该对他们的心态及思想问题予以高度关注。笔者以为,徘徊在城市边缘的新生代农民工面临着巨大的生存压力和心理危机。他们感觉社会不公平,心理失衡感加剧,被剥夺感强烈,部分新生代农民工存在受害者心态。他们一方面认为在城市中生活处于被剥夺的境地,而这种处境是由社会和他人造成的,自身的利益受损,自己是“受害者”；另一方面感觉自己吃亏,应该得到社会和他人的补偿。这种心态具有很强的弥漫性和传染性,如果得不到有效的遏制,不仅会限制个人的发展,产生社会冲突,而且会以发散的形式渗透到个人和社会价值观念当中,可能产生的负面影响不容低估。研究新生代农民工受害者心态并结合思想政治教育对他们的价值观进行调整及重塑,对社会稳定及和谐社会构建非常必要且具有深远意义。本文主要从新生代农民工的主观方面着手,深入分析新生代农民工受害者心态产生的原因及危害,并对新生代农民工受害者心态的教育提出相关对策。笔者的研究只是抛砖引玉,希望有更多的学者能关注这一问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Migrant workers are a special concept, generated in China’s economic transition, and they are also a particular social group under the particular circumstances of China. For the rapid development of economy and social progress, they have toured every corner of the city, and made great contributions for the society. During the 30 years of reform and opening up, the change of social environment with every passing day, the interior of migrant workers has taken great changes, and intergenerational transformation appears. Many scholars have carried out a related study on the intergenerational transformation of migrant workers, which divide into older generation and the new generation of migrant workers commonly. The division highlights the differences within groups. In this article, the new generation of migrant workers is born in the 1980s and 1990s, which is defined in sociology, "80" and "90" of migrant workers, aged between 16 and 30 years old commonly, differentiated a new independent group.Intergenerational transformation of migrant workers is in a state of continuous interaction, and it is a gradual process. The problems of older generation of migrant workers are not to be resolved, the new generation of migrant workers following. The author believes that, although the new generation of migrant workers lives in the city, but they can not enjoy the same treatment that the residents have, and they locate themselves in the edge of the city. They want to integrate into the city, but bounded by the subjective perception, objective reality, the traditional culture and ideas, resulting in mental balance and ideological problems. Therefore, we should pay attention to their mentality and idea highly.Author believes that the new generation of migrant workers wandering the edge of the city is facing a huge survival stress and psychological crisis. They feel social unjust, and their psychological unbalanced sense aggravates, a strong sense of deprivation is around them, some of the new generation of migrant workers form victim mentality. On one hand, they believe that they are in deprived situation which is caused by social and others in the city,and their own interests are damaged, they are "victims"; the other hand, they suffer great losses, and they think that they should be compensated by society and others. This mentality has a strong diffusivity and infection.If it does not effectively restraint, it not only limits the individual’s development, results in social conflict, but also will penetrate into the personal and social values in the form of divergence, and the possible negative impact should not be underestimated. The research of victim mentality of the new generation of migrant workers with ideological and political education on adjusting and reshaping their values is necessary, and it has far-reaching significance to social stability and harmonious society.In this paper, the author uses the knowledge of ideological and political education, from the subjective aspects of the new generation of migrant workers, and makes in-depth analysis of the cause of the victim mentality of the new generation of migrant workers. And the author elaborates the harmfulness from the personal, social and cultural points, and promotes the change of victim mentality of migrant workers on the ideological and political education mode. The study on victim mentality of the new generation of migrant workers is only the hope that more scholars to pay attention to this issue.更多还原
