基于DSP的一体化双丝脉冲MIG弧焊逆变电源的研制

【摘要】 双丝焊具有单丝焊无法比拟的优势,焊接效率高,热输入小,能够满足大电流焊接的需要,因其技术复杂,在国内的研究才刚起步。所以本课题提出进行数字化厚板双丝高速焊机的研究。本课题在国家自然科学基金(50875088)、广东省科技攻关项目(2010B010700001)及黄埔区科技计划项目(1021)的支持下,开发了基于DSP的一体化双丝脉冲MIG弧焊逆变电源,搭建了其试验平台,并进行了部分双丝弧焊工艺试验。论文首先创造性的提出了以TMS320F2808DSP为控制核心,同时控制两路驱动及主电路,利用控制软件实现两路波形的协同工作的设计方案,掘弃了以往两台独立电源利用CAN总线通信的协同工作方式。按照该方案完成了硬件电路的设计,并开发了相应的控制系统,采用增量式数字PI算法实现焊接过程电流的控制。其次,为了验证电源性能,在自行搭建的试验平台上,对一体化双丝电源进行了硬件调试、软件调试及整机联调,调试结果表明电源的静态特性与动态特性良好,满足双丝系统要求。最后,针对8mm厚的45号钢进行了双丝脉冲MIG焊的一系列对比工艺试验,主要包括双丝脉冲不同相位,反相脉冲在不同电流段及双丝不同焊接电流三个方面。在两路脉冲试验参数匹配合适的情况下,进行了若干组试验,焊接效果良好。综上所述,本课题的数字化双丝弧焊逆变电源的研究取得了较大的进展,在波形控制和参数配合上均具有良好性能,课题的一体化双丝协同思想对双丝机的研究有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 Twin-wire welding has much more advantages than single wire welding. Twin-wire is very efficient in welding and has a small heat input which can suit the big current circumstance.But because of its technical complexity, the research is only just beginning in China. So we put forward a two-wire high-speed digital plate welding research.Supported by the foundations of NSFC (NO.50875088), GDSTCS (2010B010700001) and HuangpuSTCS(1021), an Integrated Digital Equipment of Pulsed Tandem MIG Arc-Welding Power Source Based on DSP was developed, then tentative Tandem welding craft experiments were done based on the equipment platform.Paper first presented to TMS320F2808DSP creative for the control of the core, while two-way driver and the main control circuit, the control software using two-way waveform design work, digging in the past abandoned the use of two independent power supply to work CAN bus communication way. According to the program to complete the hardware circuit design, and development of the corresponding control system, using an incremental digital PI algorithm welding current control.The overall power source debugging was done on that platform, including the hardware debugging and the software debugging. Then the static characteristics and the instant motive characteristics were both tested, which turned out to be a satisfaction of the Tandem system designed.Finally, 45 for 8mm thick steel for a two-wire pulsed MIG welding process a series of comparative experiments, Including double wire pulse different phase, reversed-phase pulse at different current segment and double-wire three different welding current.Finally good performances and beautiful Tandem welding seams came out, at the premise of the right parameters-matching of the two output pulses.In summary, the issue of digital two-wire arc welding inverter research has made great progress in the waveform and parameter control with a good performance on both, the subject of integration of collaborative thinking on the two-wire double wire machine research has important reference value.
