高校教学运行状态数据库系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国高等学校招生规模的不断扩大,高校教育质量越来越受到国家和社会的关注。教学质量是一个学校办学的生命线,而良好、有效的教学管理是学校教学质量的前提和保障,高校管理层需要实时掌握学校教学各方面的运行状态,从中发现问题,解决问题。而对学校教学运行状态的评测,在现今的信息时代仅用语言描述已是不够准确的,需要有系统的科学的分析数据来支持。在上述背景的需求下,通过对高校教学管理现行状况的深入调查和分析,本文研究设计了高校教学运行状态数据库系统。该系统是基于B/S架构、面向决策支持、对高校内部教学运行状态进行评估、监测的管理信息系统,能实现对高校教学运行中各方面状态数据的远程采集、汇总、存储,并对数据进行综合评价、统计分析,为管理层掌控教学运行状态,决策工作方向提供有效的数据依据。该系统主要包括系统使用管理、基本体系管理、状态数据管理和评价统计管理四个功能模块。本文首先介绍了用于实现本系统的理论和技术,继而进行了系统需求分析、系统总体设计和系统数据库的设计,最后阐述了系统各功能模块的具体实现。文中还着重论述了对状态数据实现综合评价的方法:采用功效系数法同量化处理不同量纲的初始数据;采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重系数等。

【Abstract】 In recent years, along with the expanding enrollment of China’s higher education, the quality of higher education is got more attention. Teaching quality is the lifeline of a school. A good, effective teaching management is the prerequisite and guarantee of teaching quality, the university’s management requires to master the running state of all aspects of the teaching at real-time, to identify problems, solve problems. To the running state evaluation of school teaching, it is not accurate enough only with the language description in the information age, so we need to have a system which can support the result by a scientific and systematic analysis of data.In the demand of above background, this paper designed a teaching operation state database system through investigating and analyzing the current situation of teaching management in colleges and universities. This system is a management information system which is based on B/S structure, for decision support and evaluating, monitoring the internal teaching operation state. It could realize remote data acquisition, collection, storage, comprehensive evaluation, and statistical analysis all aspects of the state data, which could provide effective data for the management to control the teaching state and decide the working direction.The system mainly includes four functional modules, such as system management, basic system management, status data management and statistical evaluation management. This paper introduces the theory and technology for realizing this system at first, and then proceeds to the system requirements analysis, system design and database design, and finally describes the implementation of the functional modules. This paper also focuses on the method which is to realize a comprehensive evaluation of state data:the efficacy coefficient method to use the different dimension of quantification the initial data, and the analytic hierarchy method to determine the index weight, and so on.
