【摘要】 本文将数据挖掘技术,联机分析处理和数据仓库技术结合到一起,建立了针对医院的决策支持系统。该系统主要是基于多维度的数据仓库来建立一个能够满足医院不同层次的管理者进行多层面的数据利用和进行精准决策的医院决策支持系统。通过对医院不同层次的决策管理者进行专访,进行大量的文献检索与分析,最终确定了决策系统的主题为：通过Microsoft SQL server 2000的Analysis service组件来构建数据仓库,通过数据挖掘技术和联机分析处理这一途径,结合系统分析与设计这一思路来进行医院决策支持系统的研究与开发。本文的研究资料为济南一所综合三级甲等医院提供的2006-2009年数据资料,包括病人的医疗数据信息及其相关的医疗费用信息,还包括该医院的数据结构手册。通过对所收集到的数据和对相关检索文献资料的分析,进行了如下的工作：(1)确定该医院决策支持系统的主题为住院诊疗质量和费用的相关分析；(2)进行了医院数据库的设计,包括逻辑模型的设计和物流结构的设计：(3)搭建并详细描述了具有十四个维度和三十个度量值的针对医院住院费用分析的多维数据库；(4)搭建并详细描述了具有八个维度和十个度量值的针对医院住院质量分析的多维数据库；(5)对住院基本情况、住院费用的影响因素、住院费用的构成和医疗质量四个方面进行了联机分析和处理;(6)建立并分析了影响针对住院医疗费用的医院决策树挖掘模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, establishment of a decision support system for the hospital which combines with the data mining technology, on-line analytical processing and data warehouse technology. The system is mainly based on the data warehouse to build hospital decision support system, which can meet different levels of management for multi-layered.The final decision system for:through the theme of Microsoft SQL server 2000 service component to build data warehouse, using the data mining technology and combined with the idea of on-line analytical processing to analysis and design the hospital decision support system. The comprehensive information, which is the data of the year 2006 to 2009, is offered by one of three level of first-class hospital in Jinan. And it includes the information of patient’s medical data, related medical treatment cost and the data handbook.In this paper, I make the following job. The first, the medical quality is analysed when using hospital decision support system. The second, the hospital database is designed, including the logical model design and logistics structure design. The third, hospital cost analysis of database is set up, which has 14 dimensions and thirty metrics. The fourth, quality analysis database, with eight and ten metrics for hospital, is set up. The fifth, the factors, such as basic hospital situation, hospital charge, the composition of charge and medical quality, are online analyzing and processing.
