开放式个性化网络教育学习流程设计研究

【摘要】 随着互联网在教育中的广泛应用,网络教育获得了学习者的追捧,十年来在中国网络教育试点中也迅速发展,在服务于社会人才需求培养方面发挥出重要作用。社会经济转型对人力资源的需求变化、互联网信息技术的发展、求学者个性化需求变化,都对网络教育的教学管理和支持服务提出更高的要求。作为网络教育工作者有必要为求学者分析设计更符合时代需求的学习流程,搭建开放灵活的个性化学习支撑平台系统。网络教育学习流程设计必须突出开放性、交互性特征。另外,实现个性化学习不仅仅是求学者追求的目标,也是网络教育的质量目标。网络教育能充分借助互联网优势设计性能开放的教学流程,帮助求学者真正实现个性化网络学习,激发潜能,促进学习者的个性全面和谐发展。本文探讨充分利用网络教育的开放性,为学习者搭建符合成人个性化学习需求的学习支撑平台系统,提供开放性、个性化的学习流程服务。结合山东大学网络教育的教学管理服务平台的设计,以典型案例的实际应用为切入点,将理论应用到实践中。探究设计开放式、个性化网络学习过程,是保证网络教育质量和特色的基础和关键,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,它不仅有助于促进学习者个性化学习,保证网络教育质量,确保网络教育的可持续发展,在人才培养方面也有着重要作用。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出到2020年,基本实现教育现代化,基本形成学习型社会,进入人力资源强国行列。大力发展现代远程教育,建设以卫星、电视和互联网等为载体的远程开放继续教育及公共服务平台,为学习者提供方便、灵活、个性化的学习条件。创新网络教学模式,开展高质量高水平远程学历教育。鼓励学生利用信息手段主动学习、自主学习,增强运用信息技术分析解决问题能力。网络教育充分发挥开放性对个性化学习有效地支持,能有效发挥自身的优势,在建设“人人皆学、处处可学、时时能学”学习型社会中发挥重要作用。

【Abstract】 With increasingly easy access to World-Wide-Web in the last decade, net-based education is becoming prevalent and has found its great application in some experimental units to train and educate human resources. Quite a few factors, such as social economic transition involving different human resources, technological development of internet, learners’individual needs, have exerted a higher requirement for internet administration and support service. It is necessary for online educators to design a learner-friendly process and offer an open and flexible platform with personal differences.The design of online learning process ought to be characterized by openness and interaction. Individualization is not only the goal learners pursue but also the destination online education aims to approach. Web-based education can make full use of internet to deign an open learning process, which can help students learn with individual differences and make then live up to their potentials and facilitate their all-round development.My thesis aims to discuss the openness of web-based education and attempts to investigate how to provide the on-the-job learners with an open and flexible platform and support system. The management platform design of web-based education in Shangdong University is employed in this thesis as a typical case to illustrate how to apply theory to practice. An open and personalized online learning process plays a critical role in securing the quality of web-based education and guaranteeing its uniqueness and realizing sustainable development of online education. In this sense, it has significant value both in theory and practice.As proposed in the Framework of National Mid-term and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan, our country aims to modernize education and develop a learning society fundamentally, making China a great power rich in human resources. Modern distant education and public service platforms based with satellite, television and internet will make their own contribution to a convenient, flexible and personalized learning style. A creative online teaching and learning strategy is imperative to secure high-quality distant education for academic credentials. An open and personalized learning system enables every learner to take advantage of their own strengths to practice life-long learning wherever and whenever they want.
