银翘散及金银花提取物对大肠杆菌的体外抑制作用研究

【摘要】 家禽大肠杆菌疾病是多年来一直困扰广大养殖户的重要因素之一,养殖户在疾病防控中大量采用的抗菌药物防治方案,导致耐药性越来越高。本文通过采用递进式的研究,比较了新旧银翘散组方对大肠杆菌O78的抑菌试验;开展了银翘散组方单味中药对大肠杆菌O78的体外抑菌对比试验;针对体外抑菌作用最强的金银花有效成份进行了提取,并探讨了三种提取物在体外对大肠杆菌O78抑菌作用。结果如下:试验结果表明,新银翘散组方的体外抑菌效果相比原银翘散组方有较好的效果;比较银翘散配方单味中药的体外抑菌试验效果,金银花的体外抑菌作用最强,抑菌直径为16.3±0.11mm;采取超临界CO2萃取技术对金银花有效成份进行提取,经测定,其各自占原药含量分别是挥发油类2.2%、绿原酸类3.13%、黄酮类4.52。分别对三种提取的活性成份进行体外抗菌试验,结果表明,绿原酸类活性物质是金银花有效的抗菌成份,抑菌直径为10.2±0.04 mm。研究结果将为金银花的开发与利用,以及兽药新制剂的研发提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The Escherichia coli(E.coli) disease for Poultry has been one of the frequently factors for many years, and a great quantities of antibacterial drugs, leading more and more high resistance, is used to prevent accidents from the disease in control and cure. Through progressive research, inhibitory of the new YinQiao compound effect on E.coli078 compare with the old compound; Effect of antibacterial inhibitory have been tested for E. coli 078 based on a single herb Chinese medicine of YinQiao compound; and three kind of effective ingredients of honeysuckle were extracted to be research the performance of antibacterial inhibitory for E. coli 078, in vitro. The results are as follows:The results show that the antibacterial effect of the new formula YinQiao compound, in vitro is better than the old compound: In the antibacterial test of a single herb Chinese medicine of YinQiao compound, honeysuckle are the strongest compared with the other traditional Chinese medicine, antibacterial diameter is 16.3±0.11 mm:The effective ingredients of honeysuckle were extracted by supercritical C02, and the contents had been identified, including volatile oil, chlorogenic acid and flavonoid. The quantity of contents was 2.2%.4.52% and 3.13%. respectively. Of the three extraction ingredients was implemented to detect the activity of antibacterial inhibitory,in vitro. The results indicate that chlorogenic acid is the best kind of active composition among the three ingredients extracting from honeysuckle for antibacterial inhibitory. The antibacterial diameter is 10.2±0.04 mm. In these conclusions, the results will provided some information to further development and utilization of honeysuckle, and the research and development of a new drug of veterinary medicine.
