水介质电磁阀测试系统的研究

【摘要】 电磁阀是工业控制系统中重要的执行元件,其性能如何直接关系到整个系统的可靠性及安全性。因此,在电磁阀产品生产、开发及改造过程中对其进行性能检测试验尤为重要。本论文研制了一套适用于水介质电磁阀型号性能测定和出厂试验的测试系统,这些试验和测定主要包括:自检试验、空载试验、动作试验、密封试验、泄漏试验、kv值测定、流阻测定、响应时间测定及寿命试验。并且用这套测试系统对水介质电磁阀进行了测试,经试验证明,该测试系统界面友好,操作简单,测定精确。论文由以下四个部分组成:(1)根据电磁阀试验的目的,分析了电磁阀性能测试和参数测定的原理,制定了试验的方法和流程。(2)为了实现测试系统的快速性和准确性,有机的结合了各个控制理论的优点,提出了Bang-Bang控制+PID控制。如果管路里有泄漏的情况,可以用带死区的PID控制对管路里的泄漏进行补偿。试验表明这种复合控制压力上升时间短、稳态精度高,具有良好的控制性能。(3)应用Labview和PLC编程软件CX-Programmer编制了自动控制程序。介绍了上下位机的通讯,软件间的接口,以及数据采集卡通道的配置方法等关键技术。(4)应用电磁阀测试系统对电磁阀进行了试验,对试验结果进行了分析,分析结果表明该测试系统快速、准确,满足实际的需要。

【Abstract】 Solenoid valve is an important actuator of industry control system, which is directly related to the security and reliability of the whole system. Consequently, it is very important to test the performance of solenoid valve products in their production, development and transformation.A suit of test system of solenoid valves for water medium is designed in this thesis, which can test the function of solenoid valves. The system contains:no-load test, action test, seal test, leak test, self-check test, kv test, flow resistance modulus test, response time test and life-span test for solenoid valves. And I have already used the system to test the solenoid valves for water medium. It proves that its operator interface is friendly and operator easily and tests accurately. The thesis has four parts as follow:(1) According to the test objective, it analyses the test principle of the solenoid’s function and parameter. It designs test method and test procedure.(2)In order to make the test system rapid and accurate, I combine the advantages of many control theory and put forward Bang-Bang and PID control theory. If the pipes have leakage, I can use the PID control with dead band to compensate the leakage. The test shows that the compound control has shorter rise time and high steady-state precision. It has a very excellent control performance.(3) It designs the program in Labview and CX-Programmer, which is the programmable software of PLC. The thesis introduces the key technologies such as the communication between Industrial Computer and PLC, software interface, the collocation method of Data Acquisition Card.(4) I have already used the system to test solenoid valves. I analyze the result. The result shows the system is rapid and accurate. It meets the actual needs.
