伺服系统建模与校验

【摘要】 伺服系统(Servo-System)又叫随动系统,是自动控制中的一种。它是用来控制被控对象的转角(或位移),使其能自动地、连续地、精确地复现输入指令的变化规律。设计伺服控制系统的高精度控制器必备的一个条件是精确的数学模型,尤其是建立全面描述该系统动态特性的动态数学模型,系统模型建立准确与否直接影响到伺服系统最终工程实现的可行性与所能达到的性能。对于提高伺服系统的动、静态特性及跟踪精度,具有重要的意义。本文简单阐述了系统建模与仿真的发展历程;简介了系统建模与仿真的基本方法;说明了伺服系统建模与仿真的基本方法;以目前应用广泛的雷达数字伺服系统为基础主要论述了雷达数字伺服系中电流环、速度环、位置环的具体建模与仿真设计;以便了解雷达数字伺服系统设计的全过程。结合MATLAB/Simulink技术在系统分析上的优势,分析系统建模与仿真的研究现状与发展趋势,针对研究对象,提出了课题研究的技术路线和实现框架。在深入研究伺服系统理论和分析建模的主要参数和影响因素的同时,针对雷达伺服系统采用三环调节控制的特点,对位置环、速度环、电流环进行了三环整定计算,建立相关部分的数学模型,整定与辨识了电气参数与机械参数,建立伺服系统中各个环节的传递函数,进而推导出了整个系统的传递函数。在MATLAB中对系统频率特性、系统稳定性、时域特性进行了分析,最后在我单位现有的工程项目实际中检验所建模型的准确度。本文综合运用了自动控制理论、系统建模与仿真等技术知识,对雷达伺服系统进行了建模与仿真。在仿真的过程中,可以反复地修改参数,方便地模拟实际系统,为雷达伺服系统工程化实现提供理论依据。同时文中的研究对象是典型的雷达伺服系统,所涉及的建模仿真方法适用于其它机械传动系统的性能分析与设计,具有一定的理论意义和工程实用价值。
【Abstract】 Servo-System as well as the name of follow moving system,is one kind of the automata.The function of it is to control the corner or displacement of the undercontrol object to move with the instruction,and the moving is automatically ,continuously and accurately.The right mathematic model is important to the design of the Servo-System ,And the dynamic mathematic model that can fully describe the dynamic characteristic of the system is much more.It is crucial to the final performance of the system.Only the model is fine, can the static and dynamic characteristic and the precision of the system behave well.This paper simplely expatiate the developing history of the system modeling and emulation.give a describe of the basic way of modeling and emulation of the Servo-System.And it give a material tell of how to design the current ring,velocity ring ,and the position ring of the digital Servo-System,so we can know the whole process of designing the digital Servo-System of radar.Incorporate with MATLAB/Simulink’s technology predominance at systems analysis,analyse actuality and trend of development of system modeling and emulation, give the technical line and realize frame of subject study. At the same time,compute the position ring, velocity ring, current ring,erect relevant mathematical model,set and distinguish the electric parameter and mechanism parameter,erect the individual transfer function,thus in turn deduce the transfer function of the whole system.Analyse the system response, system stability, timedomain with MATLAB,at last test the accuracy of the model in the project of our factory.The paper give a modeling and emulation of the Servo-System ,when doing this ,we can amend the parameter to fit the real system.so it has some value to the theory and engineering.
