成都市温江区政府对旅游资源开发的管理研究

【摘要】 旅游业目前已成为世界第一大产业,我国的旅游业虽然起步较晚,但是发展迅速,特别是随着国内家庭收入水平的不断提高和新型消费者模式的形成,旅游需求不断上升,市场前景广阔。成都市作为全国统筹城乡试验区,将大力发展第三产业作为试验区建设的重要内容,温江区产业发展的方向是以第三产服务业为主。本文通过对温江区旅游资源的特征和现状调查,结合温江区旅游资源开发及政府管理的现状,对温江区旅游资源开发及政府管理存在的问题及原因进行分析,对温江区旅游资源开发的管理模式、政府管理的定位及模式提出了建议与思考,文章主要内容如下:本文共分为五个部分。第一、二部分主要陈述了本文的选题依据与意义、国内外的研究现状,介绍了旅游资源开发与管理的定义、内涵、模式与原则等内容;第三、四部分阐述了温江区旅游资源开发和政府管理的现状、问题及原因;第五部分从温江区旅游资源开发模式的选择入手,提出温江区应选择以政府主导的管理模式,以挖掘和发展核心旅游产品、主导旅游产品体系为宗旨的开发模式观点,对政府主导型管理模式体制的建立、规范及角色的定位提出了自己的建议:如制定旅游资源开发长远规划,与旅游总体发展规划相一致;区旅游行政机构应协调好各部门以及政府与经营部门之间的协作关系;完善旅游资源管理法规制度等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism has become the world’s largest industry. With the increasing of the domestic household income levels and the formation of new consumer patterns, China’s tourism industry started late, but developed rapidly with rising travel demand and market prospects. Chengdu, as the urban and rural test area, will vigorously develop the tertiary industry as an important part of building test area, and Wenjiang direction of industrial development based on the tertiary service sector. Based on the survey about the characteristics of tourism resources of Wenjiang, combined with the Wenjiang tourism resources development and management of government the status, we analyze the causes of the Wenjiang tourism resources development of management, government location and mode of management recommendations. This article includes the following major elements:It was divided into five parts. First and second part gives the statement of some of the major topics of this article basis and significance of domestic and foreign research, describes the development of tourism resources and management of the definition, content, patterns and principles and so on. The third and fourth part described the status of tourism resources development in Wenjiang, issues and status and trends of government administration, and the problems and causes. The fifth part of the tourism development model from the Wenjiang to start the selection made Wenjiang should be chosen to government-led management model to mining and development of core tourism products, the leading system for the purpose of tourism product development model point of view, the government-led management structure has been established, the role of the specification and put forward their own proposals and thinking. The development of tourism resources such as long-term planning, and overall tourism development plan is consistent. Tourism administration departments should coordinate and government and business collaboration between departments and improve the tourism resource management laws and regulations and so on.更多还原
