供电企业配网现场管理系统服务器设计与开发

【摘要】 配网在整个电网中起着至关重要的作用,电能最终通过各级配网输送到电力客户,最终完成电能的交易。配网的安全性、可靠性直接关系着电力企业的社会形象。而目前配网现场管理水平非常落后,严重影响了配网的安全、可靠运行,制约了配网管理信息化、自动化进程。为此,简阳供电局提出开展基于智能手机的配网现场管理系统的开发,系统以智能手机为手持终端,以GPRS为通讯介质,在服务器的支持下开展配网现场管理工作。配网现场管理系统的服务器研发,主要内容是架设一个Web服务器,即一个建立在数据库基础之上的动态网站,以C/S模式实现与智能手机客户端的数据交互,完成操作素语、配网设备信息、待执行工作票、待执行标准化作业书等信息下传,完成执行完操作票、工作票、标准化作业书、工作人员GPS定位信息上传等;以B/S模式实现与PC工作站的数据交互,完成操作票操作素语、一次接线图维护,工作票、标准化作业填写、审批、查询统计,工作人员位置查询等功能。基于智能手机的配电网管理系统服务器端软件的开发,应用.NET Framework编程平台,通过安全稳定的面向对象语言C#编程,采用WebService远程服务技术、远程数据访问技术(Remote Data Access),结合无线网络技术(GPRS、CDMA、Wi-Fi)实现智能手机客户端与服务器的数据交互。架设起一个具备远程访问与在线管理的数据库服务器,实现配网信息的远程无线交互,较好地实现了各项功能,对简阳供电局配网管理自动化、信息化水平的提高有着重要指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distribution plays a vital role in the whole grid, where energy is transported to customers through all levels of distribution network eventually. With network security, reliability, power is directly related to enterprise social status. While the current distribution network site management is far fall behind, seriously affected the distribution network safety and reliable operation, moreover, information with network management and automated process is restricted. Therefore, development upon distribution network site management system based on smart phone is proposed by Jianyang Power Supply Bureau. With the smart phone for handled terminals, and the GPRS as the communication medium, the system carries on distribution management in the support of the server.Sever development of distribution site management system is focused on setting up a web server, that a database which is built on the basis of a dynamic web site. The data exchange with smart phone client is completed in the C/S mode. Language elements of operation completion, network device information, work sheet to be performed, download of the standardization of the operation to be executed and other information, upload of staff location GPS information are settled. The data exchange with the PC station is completed in the B/S mode. Operation prime language, a wiring diagram maintenance, work sheet , standard work writing, auditing, query statistics, staff position query are settled.The power distribution network management system is designed by the security and stability of the object oriented language c sharp on the .NET Compact Framework. WebService and Remote Data Access are used in the system combining with wireless network technology (GPRS, CDMA, Wi-Fi). The management system realizes data interaction between the smart phone client and PC server, setting up a remote access and line management with the database server, achieving the long-range wireless network information interaction.In this system, various functions are better realized. There is an important guiding significance for the improvement of network management automation and informatization levels in Jianyang Power Supply Bureau.更多还原
