【摘要】 “掌握学习”理论( Maotery Learning)是教学模式理论,最早是美国教育心理学家本杰明·S·布卢姆创立,该理论一经产生就引起了强烈的反响,在许多国家教育理论界被奉为当今的主流教育理念,并且推动了当代的教学改革。“掌握学习”理论的教学模式是运用个别辅导和组级教学结合的模式,以组级教学为前提,配备及时准确的反馈,满足学生需要的个别指导所需要的额外学习时间。背越式跳高技术教学内容枯燥,突出竞技性。同时也是跳高教学的重要部分。传统教学法不利于学生对其技术的掌握,影响学生的技术水平提高。根据当前的高师体育院系的教学大纲,背越式跳高的教学时数是极其有限的,而背越式跳高又是一个技术要求很高,不易掌握的运动项目,学生在学习时对动作的要领很难完全掌握,这样就使学生对学习背越式跳高的积极性降低,影响教学质量。背越式跳高技术为一个较为复杂的技术动作是跳高教学中的一个难点,在有限的时间内提高跳高的成绩,使学生掌握背越式跳高技术较为非常困难。本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法、实验法等方法,对掌握学习理论的重新学习,将其有效应用于高师院校体育专业背越式跳高教学中,通过实验证明将掌握学习理论应用到背越式跳高教学中,可以提高教学质量,使学生更快的掌握其技术要领,旨在为我国高校背越式跳高教学改革提供实践与理论上的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Mastery Learning" theory (Maotery Learning) is a United States educational psychologist Benjamin Bloom ? S ? the creation of the teaching model theory, the theory of educational theory circles in many countries, prompted a strong reaction, it produces changes in the education of today’s ideas and to promote the contemporary reform of teaching. "Mastery Learning" theory of teaching is to take classes in teaching and individual counseling with the model to the class-based teaching, complemented by a regular and timely feedback, provide students with individual guidance and the needed additional study time.Fosbury Flop high jump technique teaching is an important part of teaching, its athletic and strong, teaching content boring. There are many disadvantages of traditional teaching methods affecting the students raise the level of technology. Based on the current syllabus of Physical faculties, Fosbury flop teaching hours are extremely limited, while the Fosbury Flop is a technically demanding and difficult to master sports, students learn the action when gist is difficult to fully grasp, so that so that students in learning Fosbury flop’s enthusiasm will fall, affecting the quality of teaching. Fosbury flop high jump teaching technique is a difficult, As a more complex technical movements in a limited period of time to enable students to master the Fosbury flop technique and improve the high jump performance is very difficult.In this research literature, expert interviews, the questionnaire method, experimental method and other methods, to re-master the understanding of learning theory, its application to high-Teachers College Physical Education Teaching Fosbury Flop, through experiments prove that a mastery-learning theory applied to the Fosbury flop teaching, can improve the quality of teaching so that students quickly grasp the technical essentials designed for China’s colleges and universities Fosbury flop reform of teaching practice and theory reference.更多还原
