兴建综合性规模化饲料加工厂年产17万吨综合性饲料厂设计与建设

【摘要】 中国的饲料工业从20世纪70年代开始,经历了40余年大发展,在生产规模上已经达到年产各类饲料1.4亿吨以上,目前还是处于发展、扩展时期。随着我国养殖业的发展,饲料生产的种类也在显著性增加,包括不同养殖种类饲料、不同加工方式的饲料种类。对于新建的饲料厂,也要求在同一个工厂内能够生产不同养殖种类、不同加工方式的饲料,这在工厂整体设计、工艺设计、设备布局与合理使用等众多方面提出了新的要求。如何进行年产20万吨级别的综合性饲料工厂的整体设计和布局、如何有效利用加工设备满足不同生产线和不同加工工艺的要求、如何根据饲料产品、饲料原料的要求选择适宜的加工设备等问题尤为重要。本论文涉及的是中粮东海粮油(东台)有限公司加工厂,从2007年开始进行整体设计,在2009-2010年进行实体建设,到2010年3月完成实质性建设工作并投产。本人全程参加了工厂的设计、建设、实验性生产和正式生产的过程。论文在工厂的总体设计、总平面布置和主要建筑设计以及工艺设计等方面进行了较为系统的总结和分析,得到了较为全面的、系统的设计、建设资料和经验。

【Abstract】 China’s feed industry had a rapid development from the 1970s,It had developed time about 40 years, the feed production scale has reached 1.4 billion tons a year nowadays, and It is still in a developed and expanded period. The type of feed production including different kinds of culture and processing methods had a significantly increase with the development of aquaculture in China. A new feed mill is required the capability to produce different types of feed in the same, this raises new requirements in the overall plant design, process design, equipment layout, rational use of and many other aspects. How to Overall design and layout a integrated feed mills which can annual output of 20 million tons, how to efficiently use of processing equipment to meet the different production lines and processing requirements and how to select the appropriate processing equipment are more important. The COFCO East China Sea Oil (East Taiwan) Co., Ltd.and the plant has started a general design in 2007, and operated the physical construction in 2009-2010, It has finished in March 2010 and started work. Author have attended the design, construction, experimental production and full production of the factory. This article did a systematic summary and analysis in terms of overall design, general layout, design and process design of the main architectural of the factory.and this article got a more comprehensive, system design and experiences of construction.
