【摘要】 本文属于山西省地市级电视台调查研究论文系列。在对全省11个地市进行统一调查后,本文以6个地市电视台综艺晚会的资料数据为分类研究的依据,以阳泉电视台2010年春节文艺晚会为典型案例,对地市电视台综艺晚会的生存与发展提出可行性策略,以期得到电视台决策者的重视,业内人员的关注,提高地市电视台的社会影响力,推动电视综艺晚会的本土化、个性化发展。晚会离老百姓的生活很近,大到举国同庆的新年等节日,小到工厂、学校的联欢,晚会作为一种约定俗成的形式,完成着一次又一次不同的历史使命。电视综艺晚会是以现场直播的技术手段,文艺晚会的艺术样式,通过电子技术手段的制作,对各种文艺节目进行再创作,经过节目主持人的组织和串联,将文艺与娱乐融为一体,给观众以综合审美享受的电视节目形态。①在各种电视综艺节目风起云涌的今天,晚会始终是制作者和观众所青睐的节目形式。地市级电视台的综艺晚会对城市文化建设功不可没；对城市经济发展起到拉动作用；为人民群众提供优质精神产品,丰富群众文化生活。因此,作为传播地方文化的重要窗口,地市级电视台综艺晚会的意义和责任重大。本文对山西省地市级电视台综艺晚会的现状、生存策略及未来发展趋势做出论述。通过资料的收集和整理,对省内6个地市电视台综艺晚会的人员构成、场地、技术设备、经费来源、节目制作、节目内容、受众等进行对比、分析,从创作和管理两个方面展示地市级电视台综艺晚会的现状,总结地市级电视台综艺晚会普遍存在的发展瓶颈,从地市级电视台的定位和发展角度,采用实地调查、个案分析法、社会学研究法、比较研究法、理论联系实际的方法、探索性研究等方法,紧扣地方台小众化、针对性强的特点,对电视综艺晚会的生存提出可行的建议,并对其未来发展趋势做出合理的预测。电视综艺晚会对当地社会经济的发展起着一定的作用,面对竞争激烈的市场,地市级电视台应采取积极有效的措施,主动投身市场大潮,树立自己独有的品牌,努力打造地方精品,争取收视率,拉动广告投入,加快自身产业化的步伐。在未来的电视事业发展中,地市级电视台面临机遇和挑战。电视综艺晚会在三网融合的产业政策下,应充分发挥其娱乐化、特殊化优势,在演播空间、区域合作等方面做一些有意义的尝试,体现出电视台这种传媒机构的时代性与先进性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper belongs to the investigation research series on prefectural TV stations in Shanxi Province. After the unified investigation on 11 prefecture, this paper takes the data of variety evening party in 6 prefectural TV stations as to categorize the basis of search, with 2010 Spring Festival party of Yangquan television station for the typical model case, proposes feasibility strategy for existence and development of various entertainment in prefectural TV stations, hopes for receive an attention of the TV stations executive level, the concern of the insider, increases the social influence of prefectural TV stations, advances the localize and personality development of prefectural TV stations.The evening party leaves the life of common people very near, the festivals like New Year that is the whole country to celebrate, or small to the get-together in the school and factory, as a kind of form for being established by popular usage, the evening party completes different history mission time and time again. Television variety evening party with the technique way that the site broadcasts live, the art style of literature evening party, the creation of electronics way, various literature program are produced again, after organizing and connection by the hostess, merge into an integral whole literature and amusement, to the audience is with TV program appearance that the synthesis appreciates beauty to enjoy. On today various television program shows like rising winds and surging clouds, the evening party as a program form is always high in the fabricator and audience favor. The variety evening party of prefectural TV stations performs feats to the cultural construction in city; promotes economic development in the city; provides a high-quality spirit product for the masses of the people, enriches crowd culture life. Therefore, as the important window way that spreads place culture, meaning and responsibility of variety evening party in prefectural TV stations are important. This paper discusses present condition, existence strategy and future development trend of prefectural TV stations various entertainment in Shanxi province. By way of collect and sort out data, contrasts and analyses the personnel’s composing, space, technique equipment, fund source, program creation, program contents of 6 prefectural TV stations evening party inside the province, shows the evening parties from the creations and supervision with the present situation, summarizes the shape bottleneck widespread existence of the various evening party in prefectural TV stations. From the location and development angle of prefectural TV stations, adopt the filed investigation, individual case analysis, sociology search law, study of comparative law, link with theory and practice, investigate methods like exploratory research and so on, tightly button up the characteristic of not popularize and aim strongly in prefectural TV stations, proposes the viable suggestions for TV variety evening party survival, besides makes a fair anticipation for their future development trend.TV variety evening party has certain action to the shape of local community economy, facing the market of rivalry vehemence, prefectural TV stations should adopt actively useful measure, throws into the market of their own accord, sets up exclusive brand, creates prefectural exquisite works hardly, fights over audience rating, promotes advertisement income, accelerates the step of the industrialization.In the future TV business, prefectural TV stations face opportunity and challenge. Under the domain policy of three net fusions, TV variety evening party should maximizes the superiority and the peculiarity, makes some meaningfully attempt in the aspects of playing to sow space, region consortium etc, reflects the age and outstanding of TV stations such kind of media establishment.更多还原
