【摘要】 冷战结束以后,以美国为首的西方发达国家,通过各种途径、运用各种方法向目标国家渗透和输出资本主义意识形态。近几年来,国内外某些人士打着“自由、平等、民主、人权”的旗号进行炒作,大肆宣扬和传播西方“普世价值”。有关“普世价值”的各种争论就是在这样的国际国内大背景下产生的。但是,“普世价值”是一个空洞的、虚幻的概念,概念本身具有很大的迷惑性和误导性,这也是当前我国学术界出现“百家争鸣”现象的根本原因。基于此,论文选择研究“普世价值”问题,旨在通过对“普世价值”困境的研究,使大家从理论上对“普世价值”的内涵和外延有一个全面而深刻地认识。这样不仅会坚定人们对马克思主义的信念、信心和信仰,而且会鼓舞广大人民群众坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路的勇气。不仅如此,还对人们正确分析和客观看待社会上的各种思潮有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。马克思主义是观察和分析社会现象和问题的科学理论武器,论文运用马克思主义基本原理剖析和研究“普世价值”思潮。首先,介绍了“普世价值”产生的时代背景和研究“普世价值”的重要意义,整合了国内外关于“普世价值”研究的主要观点及思想主张,并简要交代了论文的主要研究方法等。其次,从“普世价值”的演进历程、内涵和基本特征等几个方面,对“普世价值”进行了较为系统的理论概述。再次,剖析了“普世价值”当前面临的困境,这不仅使人们对“普世价值”在其概念、依据和论断上存在的错误有了清晰地认识,而且使人们看透了“普世价值”的提出者们和支持者们在国际政治、全球经济和世界文化中推销“普世价值”的真正意图。最后,从中国自身来说,我们要想有效应对抹杀阶级性的西方“普世价值”思潮,就要坚持运用马克思主义的阶级分析方法,警惕“淡化意识形态”现象,加强社会主义核心价值体系建设,并要正视在一定范围内存在的“共同价值”。马克思主义要求我们分析和看待“普世价值”问题要采取辩证的态度,既不能绝对否定也不能绝对肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The western developed countries led by the United States permeated and output capitalist ideology to target countries through various channels and different methods after Cold War. In recent years, some people at home and abroad with the banner of "freedom, equality, democracy and human rights" have publicized and spread "universal values" in west. The debates of "universal values" produced in such international and domestic context. But "universal values" is a hollow and illusory concept with a lot of puzzle and misleading, which also is the root cause of the current phenomenon "Letting a Hundred Schools of Thought Contend" in Chinese academic circles. So the paper studies "universal values", through the research on the plight of "universal values", it makes everyone have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the connotation and extension of "universal values" in theory. This will not only firm Marxist belief and confidence, but also encourage people to follow Chinese socialism unswervingly. In addition, it has a very important theoretical and realistic significance for people to correctly analyze and see the various thoughts in society.Marxism is the scientific theory weapon to observe and analyze social phenomenon, and the paper uses Marxist theory on the analysis and research "universal values" trend. First of all, it introduces the background and significance of "universal values", integrates the main ideas and views of "universal values" at home and abroad, and explains the main research method of the paper briefly, etc. Then it makes a systematic introduction to "universal values" theory in the aspects of the evolution course, connotation and basic characteristics. Again, it analyzes the current dilemma of "universal values", which makes people realize clearly the concept, basis and judge errors of "universal values" and see the real intention of participants and supporters promoting "universal values" in international politics, global economy and world culture. At last, from China’s own speaking, to the effect to the killing of class western "universal values" thought, we will insist on using Marxism analysis method, vigilance "desalination ideology" phenomenon happening again, strengthen the core value system of socialist construction, face "common values" in a certain range of existence.
