【摘要】 技术创新是经济增长的不竭动力,企业是技术创新的主体,在市场经济中,企业具有其他各类机构无法替代的地位和作用。大中型工业企业是我国产业部门的主要力量,大中型工业企业年产值占我国GDP的97%以上,总资产占全国规模以上工业企业的资产总额的71%以上,从业人数占规模以上工业企业从业人口的54%,年投资额占全国企业年投资额的近3/4。大中型工业企业提供国内各行业生产必需的原材料,并主导着电力、钢铁、化学和机械等资本密集型部门,是国民收入的主要创造者,是国家财政收入的重要来源,在我国国民经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用,因而大中型工业企业在我国技术创新中更要体现主体地位,必然在当前和今后的经济发展与社会进步中发挥越来越重要的作用。如何客观、科学、有效、定量地评价大中型工业企业技术创新能力,对于大中型工业企业在同行业竞争中科学的认识自身的技术创新能力,采取适当的技术创新战略,提高自身的竞争优势,获取最佳的经济效益和社会效益具有特别重要的现实意义。本文主旨是对大中型工业企业技术创新能力进行分析,并在此基础上探讨对其进行评价的方法。文章首先重点研究技术创新作为一种技术经济活动的相关理论及其与大中型工业企业发展直接的关系。第三章系统阐述了大中型工业企业技术创新的动力模型,建立了包括四个方面的动力模型:线性模型、交互作用模型、链环-回路模型、一体化模型;也也介绍创新模式的三个方面:自主创新模式、模仿创新模式和合作创新模式;同时对大中型工业企业创新的环境分为内部和外部作了详细的分析。第四章主要讨论大中型工业企业技术创新能力的含义和构成,以及我国大中型工业企业技术创新的现状分析。第五章为实证研究。在DEA相关理论的基础上,研究中国30个直辖市和省份的各项投入经费的效率,并对得出的结果进行讨论分析。第六章是在第五章研究分析的基础上,结合我国大中型工业企业技术创新的投入-产出的实际情况,提出我国大中型工业企业技术创新能力的改进方向和改进思路。本文在研究过程中,采用定性分析的方法研究关于大中型工业企业技术创新能力的原理性、概念性问题;同时,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合,通过运用DEA方法理论确定技术创新的评价模型,实现对大中型工业企业评价的科学化、全面化、系统化。以增强评价结果的客观性和准确性,提高本文研究的有效性和对实践的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for economic growth; enterprise is the subject of technology innovation. In the market economy, enterprises have an important position and role that can not be replaced by other types of institution. large and medium-sized industrial enterprises are the main force of industrial departments in China; their annual output value account for more than 97% of GDP, and the total assets are more than 71% of total assets of the national industrial enterprises above designated size, and number of employees account for 54% of the practitioners of industrial enterprises above designated size, and the annual investment account for nearly 3/4 in the annual investment of national enterprises. Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises provide essential raw materials for domestic various industries to product, and dominate electronic power, steel, chemicals, machinery and other capital-intensive departments; they are the main creators of the national income, an important source of state revenue, and play an important role in economic development of China. So large and medium-sized industrial enterprises not only reflect the dominant position in technology innovation of China but also play an increasing important role inevitably in the current and future economic development and social progress.How to evaluate technology innovation of large and medium industrial enterprises objectively and scientifically, effectively, quantitatively; this have particular practical significance for large and medium industrial enterprises understanding capacity of its own technology innovation scientifically in the same industrial competition, taking appropriate strategies of technology innovation, improving their own competitive advantages and getting the best economic and social benefits. Purpose of this paper is to analyze the technology innovation ability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, and based on this to discuss the methods which evaluate them.This paper firstly focuses on the theory of technology innovation and a direct relationship with large and medium-sized industrial enterprises.The third chapter describes the dynamic model of technological innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, establishing dynamic model which include four areas: the linear model, interaction model, chain link - loop model, integrated model; it has also introduced three areas of innovative models: self-innovation model, imitation model and cooperation model innovation model; at the same time, analyzing internal and external innovation environment of large and medium-sized enterprises.The forth chapter focuses on the meaning and composition of technology innovation capacity of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, as well as analysis of its current situation in China.The fifth chapter is empirical research. Based on the theory of DEA, it studies the efficiency of the financial investment and discusses the results in 30 Chinese provinces. The sixth chapter is based on the analysis of fifth chapter, combining with the actual input-output situation of technology innovation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises, to put forward improvement direction and ideas of technology innovation capacity of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China.This paper uses the method of qualitative analysis to research the principle and conceptual issues of technology innovation about large and medium-sized industrial enterprises on the process of study. At the same time, it adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis, determining the evaluation model of technology innovation through using the theory of DEA, to realize the scientific evaluation of large and medium industrial enterprises comprehensively and systematically.
