中职生通用职业能力评价指标体系建构及实施研究

【摘要】 当今社会,企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,而职业教育的最大目标恰恰就是为企业培养符合企业要求的职业技术人才,但我们的职业教育培养出来的中职毕业生在实际的就业过程中所反映出来的工作表现与能力差强人意,企业对其寄予厚望,却往往落于失望,在职校教育与企业就业之间产生的巨大落差要如何解决呢?针对以上的情况,最近一段时期以来,中职教育试图从办学模式、师资建设、课程设置等方面进行改革,着重于加强对中职生职业能力的培养。但苦于手段的不足,对中职生职业能力实际提高效果却没有一个行之有效的评价体系可以实施,目前各中职院校采用的评价体系,侧重于学生知识的评价,却忽视了技能的考核,从而导致中职教育改革的成效并不显著,学生的职业能力得不到企业的认可。评价如同指挥棒,它指引着我们教育发展的方向。本研究从学生评价研究入手,构建一套与中职生职业能力发展理念相耦合的中职生通用职业能力评价指标体系,通过能力评价指标体系的实施,促进中职生职业能力的发展,试图有效缓解企业对中职生能力的期望与中职生能力薄弱的矛盾。本文共分五个部分:第一章导论:从现状问题出发,确定了本研究的研究意义,明确本次研究的内容与框架及实施步骤。第二章:主要对职业能力、中职生能力评价和职业能力评价方法—表现性评价进行文献梳理,为后续研究实践提供理论依据与支持。第三章:对上饶市多所职业学校151名师生展开关于学生评价现状问题的问卷调查。通过问题分析,得出:我们需要构建一套与中职生职业能力发展相耦合的职业能力评价指标体系,以促进中职生职业能力的发展。第四章:也是本文主体部分。首先对企业、学校展开中职生所需职业能力相关内容的访谈与问卷调查,将调查所得结果作为中职生通用职业能力评价指标内容。运用特尔菲法确定各指标权重,构建出一套适合我国国情的中职生通用职业能力评价指标体系。第五章:重点对指标体系的具体实施进行研究。通过对比实验得出,中职生通用职业能力评价指标体系对中职生的职业能力水平具有积极的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Today’s society, Competitiveness of enterprises is the talent competition, And the biggest goal of vocational education is train the business requirements of professional and technical personnel for enterprise, but the performance and capacity of our vocational education’s graduates is bad. Enterprise have many high hopes to vocational education’s graduates, but often fall in disappointment. How can the change of the status quo be made? For these question, the most recent period, In order to strengthen vocational abilities’ cultivation of vocational students, Some reformations are taking place in terms of models for running schools, teaching staff and curriculum design. but the professional competence of vocational students isn’t increase without a good evaluation system. The evaluation system of vocational schools focusing on the evaluation of the knowledge, But Ignore the vocational ability development. resulting in the effectiveness of the reform of vocational education is not significant, professional competence of students isn’t get enterprise’s approval.Evaluation as the baton, It guides the direction of our education. The author tried to build a construction of all-purpose vocational abilities’evaluation indicator system, coupled with the development of the vocational students, to evaluate professional ability of them. The construction of vocational abilities’assessment system particular will promote the professional competence development of vocational students and also play an important role in easing the demand for talented personnel and giving sufficient emphasis on cultivating profesional ability of the vocational students.This paper is divided into five parts to elaborate:Chapterl:Introduction:Problem starting from the status quo, Determine the significance of this study, Clear the contents of this study with the framework and implementation steps。ChapterⅡ:Primarily on professional competence, the ability to evaluate vocational students and professional competence evaluation methods-performance evaluation combing the literature, For follow-up study provides a theoretical basis and practical supportChapter III:Shangrao City of more than 151 teachers and students of vocational schools to start the status quo on the issue of student evaluation questionnaires. Through problem analysis, come:We need to build a professional capacity with the development of vocational students professional competence coupled evaluation system to promote professional competence in the development of vocational students.Chapter IV:This is also the main part. First of all businesses, schools, college students started in professional competence required for the content of interviews and related survey, the survey results as college students in all-purpose vocational abilities index content. The use of Delphi method to calculate the weight of each standard, build a set suitable for China’s vocational students in all-purpose vocational ability evaluation system.Chapter V:Key indicators of the specific implementation of the study. Obtained by comparing experiments, college students in general vocational ability evaluation system for vocational students in the professional level of competence has a positive role in promoting.
