【摘要】 商业银行业道德风险对银行的经营管理、营利水平、信誉和其它风险防范构成了巨大威胁。近年来,由于对商业银行道德风险防范没有足够的认识,我国银行业由于道德风险引起的案件不断,严重扰乱了金融秩序的正常运行,给国家财产造成了巨大损失。而从近两年的发生的案件情况分析,由于商业银行基层员工道德风险意识薄弱,由商业银行的基层员工引发的案件呈上升趋势。因此,对于商业银行基层员工道德风险防范的课题已经不容回避地摆在了我们面前。本文共分五章。第一章绪论,阐述了论文问题的提出、研究目和意义、文献综述,提出了本文研究方法和研究思路；第二章在对一些典型案例分析的基础上,对商业银行基层员工道德风险的类型进行来的归纳,并对其特征及危害性论述；第三章从商业银行基层员工道德风险产生原因的历史背景和具体环境入手,分析了产生道德风险的客观因素原因、产生道德风险的价值观和思想因素原因；第四章依据商业银行基层员工道德风险产生的原因,从宏观和微观制度、法律法规、银行组织结构、银行各级管理者、银行基层员工、外部监管者等几个层面提出相应的建议。第五章结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Commercial banking moral hazard on the banks of the operation and management, profit levels, credit and other risks poses a great threat to prevention. In recent years, due to moral hazard in the commercial banks do not have enough understanding of China’s banking industry as a case of moral hazard caused by continued, seriously disrupting the normal operation of the financial order, causing huge losses to state property. The last two years from the occurrence of the circumstances of the case analysis, since commercial banks weak sense of moral hazard level employees, grass-roots workers by commercial banks triggered the rise in cases. Therefore, for commercial banks, moral hazard level employees can not be avoided to prevent the issue has been placed in front of us.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, described the papers of the problem, research purpose and significance, literature review, proposed research methods and study this idea. The second chapter in the typical case analysis based on the staff of commercial banks, moral hazard, the type of grass-roots to come to the induction, and discusses its characteristics and dangers. The third chapter, employees from the commercial banks causes moral hazard and the specific environment of the historical background, analyzes the factors that create moral hazard because the objective to produce the values and ideas of moral hazard factors causes; The fourth chapter moral level employees based on the risk of commercial banks causes macro-and micro-systems, laws and regulations, banks organizational structure, bank managers at all levels, banks level employees, external regulators, and several other aspects of recommendations accordingly.
