水性环氧防腐涂料的研制

【摘要】 本文用甲基丙烯酸首先对E-44型环氧树脂进行单一改性制备出水性环氧防腐涂料的底漆防腐乳液,再对E-44型环氧树脂和氢化双酚A型环氧树脂进行混合改性制备出面漆耐候乳液;采用改性胺加成物固化剂king cure360W60进行协效固化的方式,使底面漆涂膜由化学粘附粘合变为化学反应粘合,制备的漆膜性能优良;再配合功能性颜填料制备出具有即防腐又耐候且综合性能良好的水性环氧涂料。本文对研制的涂料涂膜,进行了扫描电镜(SEM)分析、光照老化试验、冲击强度测试、拉伸强度测试,吸水率、交联度、热重分析及其它综合性能测试。结果表明:漆膜的耐候性、防腐性,防锈性能优异。是用途较广的环保型防腐涂料。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces preparation of water-borne epoxy ester rust-resistance primers using E - 44 epoxy resin single modified with methacrylic acid,then E - 44 epoxy resin and bisphenol Type A epoxy resin is mixed and improved to synthesis surface paint emulsion. With synergic curing using king cure360W60,it transform chemical adhesive bonding into chemical reaction agglutinate。Preparation of film has excellent properties,then adding the pigments and fillers makes water borne epoxy resin.it has such performances as anti-corrosion, weather resistance and superior comprehensive property。This paper carries on the SEM test, aging performance under irradiating test ,impact strength test ,tensile strength test ,water absorption, degree of cross linking and thermogravimetric analysis to the coating films. The result indicates that it has such performances as anti-corrosion, weather resistance and corrosion resisting, the environment friendly anticorrosive paint used extensively。
