空间信号处理方法信息融合技术研究

【摘要】 空间谱估计技术是阵列信号处理的重要组成部分,主要用于对空间信号的处理上。由于其具有高分辨以及高精度的优势,在雷达、声纳等阵列的处理中都有着广泛的应用及广阔的前景。信息融合技术是一门综合着多种学科的技术,能对数据进行综合的处理,尤其在多传感器阵列中能够充分的利用有限的数据资源,这在现代化信息战争中有着重要的作用,因此,这一技术在近些年来一直为各个国家所重视。论文结合多传感器数据融合的特点,将信息融合技术与空间谱估计技术有机地融合,从而应用到空间信号的处理中。本文首先研究了空间谱估计中四种典型算法对水下信号进行方位估计的基本原理,利用MATLAB软件对四种算法进行仿真,并在其随着参数条件变化下进行性能仿真分析与比较。在加权融合的思路上,论文先进行了基于最小二乘法的加权融合设计,对四种算法进行了基于最小二乘的加权融合,仿真了其随着参数条件变化情况下,估计角度值的情况。其次,论文引入了反馈的概念,提出了对最小二乘法加权融合方法的改进措施。然后,论文进一步提出了利用证据理论对各算法的权值进行重新分配的思路,对算法基于证据理论的加权融合方案进行了设计与仿真。在对上述几种融合方法分别进行仿真分析的基础上,论文最后使用海试实验数据对其进行验证。
【Abstract】 Spatial spectrum estimation technology is important in the field of array signal processing and mainly used for analyzing spatial signal. Because of its high resolution and high accuracy, it has extensive application and vast prospect in array processing, such as radar, sonar and so on.Data fusion is the technology that synthesizes various academic subjects, it can process data comprehensively, and particularly in the field of multi-sensor array it can make full use of the limited data resources. This is an important function in modern information war; therefore, various countries think highly of this technology in recent years.This thesis based on the characteristics of multi-sensor data fusion, joins data fusion technology and spatial spectrum estimation technology, and applies them to spatial signal processing. First this thesis studies the basic principles of four kinds of typical algorithms used for directions estimation in underwater signal spatial spectrum estimation. By MATLAB software, four kinds of typical algorithms is simulated, analyzed and compared according to different parameter conditions. In addition, the weighted fusion method is designed, and the four kinds of typical algorithms are fused by the least square weighted fusion method. Simulations for variety parameters conditions are described in this thesis. With the concept of feedback, the way to improve the effect of the least square weighted fusion is put forwards. Then, the thesis suggests reallocating weight value of each algorithm further according to evidential theory fusion method, and corresponding simulation is completed. Finally verification for the fusion algorithms is done using the sea trial data after the simulation analysis.
